Karen is the representative that helped me who recommended that I came in the office as it would be easier to have face to face interaction. When I walked in Wendy welcomed me in the office offering me water, coffee & soda. Karen helped me understand my coverage's, recommended that I got higher limits than what the state required and also took her time to give me different deductible options. She introduced me to her agent Adam Frank... coolest guy ever! He told me that any time that I needed anything to feel more than welcomed to call him on his cell at any time..
