Less than 1 star if possible. Stay far far away from these people. Terrible customer service. Never setup the autopay as said they would. So, after being late on my first payment, which I expected to have been auto-paid, I was then cancelled. I went through the effort to retain the auto policy and found that I was overcharged and downgraded in coverage. Called the broker, after saying I would like to cancel my policy, I was cutoff. The second and third call were picked up and cutoff without even a Hello. The fourth call, someone answered and said I need to literally walk into a local office to cancel. Will simply stop payment to conclude my relationship with Freeway and Bridger Ins. Moving on... read more

I got the "corporate office" and the asshat guy who being EXTREMELY secretive answered and literally refused to tell me the unit number or verify the address saying he has to verify me first with my DOB address etc first..... i found the office no thanks to him. It was an empty space saying "closed due to "covid".. ridiculous time wasting situation. These guys are trash. read more

She has an amazing heart and freeway insurance was the best choice that I made and all things to Landy being the best support, when it came to choosing the best car insurance. She is unique and she makes this world a better place. God bless you Landis! And don't worry I know it's been a while since you last help me but I remember the promises that I make. Jennifer was extremely helpful today. Got me the best rate after I got several quotes from other big insurance companies. Do not come here. Only two people working here and slow workers on top of that bad insurance policies. Got a good insurance deal in December, went in today to make a payment which would of been my 6th payment. I've never been late so this one time I couldn't make it on time so I went in person to pay. Found out they canceled my insurance policy because it wasn't available/ bc of payment issues and they told me I had to do a new insurance policy . Which means a new down payment, a new plan that is higher payments bc they said I was late. Be careful they have no grace period. So if your late just once they'll cut you. Fuck free way insurance and ocean side. Waste of my money! Waste of my time! I really want my money back! I REPEAT DO NOT GET FREEWAY INSURANCE! read more

I've always been insured here and faviola v. has always been my girl, but recently got a new car and after all the searching she did for me, it just wasn't in my budget. This freeway insurance sucks! Stupid customer service I will never recommend this freeway insurance. I've been in their office to get a policy with them and the name Benjamin quoted me $155 monthly payment and I gave $320 down payment. Then I received a bill of $199 per month!! And I'm always calling them and they told me to call me back but their not calling me back!! -- thank you Martha, for resolving my problem! Much appreciate it. As I'm taking a lovely walk on this beautiful morning I was inspired to write an overdue review for my new good friend Sandra R. Morales. Sandra is a true professional. She was very consistent on following up with me through phone calls and email. With out her I probably wouldn't have insurance right now. I've been in the office with her about three times so far and every time I'm there she try's to find discounts on my insurance. I'm happily to say I pay $30 less from my original quote all because of Sandra's extended effort to help her costumers. I was very fortunate to have met Sandra in my case, but Judging by the looks of all the very beautiful ladies in that reseda office I'm sure they will all go the extra mile to help you on your insurance needs. read more

Don't be a sucker and avoid this place guys. Seriously. Got helped by some guy whose name I believe is William. His customer service and basic mannerism skills were at a total zero. He tried to sell me a 6 month policy plan through Progressive Insurance for $289 and a monthly payment of $84. All I wanted was a simple and affordable liability plan under Freeway. The place looks like a scam the minute you walk in. read more

IF YOU NEED INSURANCE dont walk away from this place, RUN! and that lady named Bridget ?she is the worst ! extremely rude!!!!!. we had some questions / concern about our insurance policy and she will not even take a few minutes to talk to us. she will just hang up the phone on every single time.....literally.. bad business! read more

I agree with Jessica I. Freeway insurance is the worse company ever!! A girl named Gabriella Chinchilla sold me my insurance with all the information wrong, and to top it off she got my last name wrong address, and I'm not even married. She lied throughout the whole process. Thanks to her my car won't ve covered on in the car accident I was recently involved with. They don't even deserve one star rating she should be fired for putting me in the mess I'm in. They should be shut down or her ass needs to be fired. read more

Freeway insurance is the worst company that has ever existed! They don't deserve to be called a customer service department as they have no knowledge on how to assist their customers. I don't even know how they are still in business when they can't even run it correctly. When you ask them questions regarding your policy or a change to your policy they can't even give you a proper response. They don't know what to say, they lie about the services you pay for and to top it all of they don't have any courtesy on their clients. Would never recommend such a place. It doesn't even deserve one star just that I couldn't post this without it. read more

JohnCarlo is very professional and quick in helping you get the right insurance. Free parking in back

Dealing with insurance can be a pain especially when switching paying new deposits and all that bad stuff. But we came here because we needed insurance for our new car. They were nothing but helpful and trying to get us the right information the first time. they were upfront about cost and told us how to reduce them and even sat around to help clear up some accidents on my record. yes its expensive for two full coverage vehicles but hey insurance is mandatory now. the whole team that day was awesome with us. at the end we got what we needed and told how to get a lower payment and to come back when we had the right documents. good with us! read more

This location is full of crap, They have the worst customer service had to deal with Ben who cant think ahead canceled my policy and asked if I was going to be any further charges or was going to be charged for canceling he said no that I was all set and was going to get a refund in the mail , Then I get a further call from the actual freeway insurance customer service and was talked to in the worst way even threated to be charged on my debit card that was a 1 time charge fee and was told I was going to be sent to collection , What kind of customer service is that? They dnt deserve no stars read more

This place was ok. I came in for info about medical insurance and they gave me a flyer. I explained my situation and they put me in the line with who I assume is their main branch. Idk. Anyway, the guy on the phone was really helpful, gave me the info I needed and even gave me the number to kaiser to see if I could get back with them. Though they could not give me the insurance themselves they are still very helpful in answering all of my questions and directing me to the proper place to qualify for the insurance that I need. read more

Since I don't have the best driving record and a low budget. I've been searching for car insurance for the past few months now. Well known insurance companies are way to over priced for my budget. So a friend recommended me to freeway insurance. So I decided to give it a try. I simply called and spoke to Minerva Ramirez. She asked me if I could come down and meet in person. So I stopped by and waited to see what she can do for me. She helped me out so much. The nicest insurance agent I've ever spoke to. Not like other pushover agents that just want your money. She did her best to fit my budget. I'm completely happy with the prices she offered me. I highly recommend freeway insurance! And if you can make an appointment with Minerva Ramirez. She'll definitely work with you. read more
