So, after being late on my first payment, which I expected to have been auto-paid, I was then cancelled. I went through the effort to retain the auto policy and found that I was overcharged and downgraded in coverage. Called the broker, after saying I would like to cancel my policy, I was cutoff. The second and third call were picked up and cutoff without even a Hello. The fourth call, someone answered and said I need to literally walk into a local office to cancel. I got the "corporate office" and the asshat guy who being EXTREMELY secretive answered and literally refused to tell me the unit number or verify the address saying he has to verify me first with my DOB address etc first..... i found the office no thanks to him. Anyway, the guy on the phone was really helpful, gave me the info I needed and even gave me the number to kaiser to see if I could get back with them.
