Every single staff member was kind, patient, and understanding. They explained everything to me from beginning to end and really listened when I explained how much anxiety I have surrounding dental work. It was determined that I needed a crown, so I booked the soonest appointment available. Dr. Sharon was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and that I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity. Most importantly, I felt like she genuinely understood my fear and anxiety and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed about it.
