As a solution, I asked for a 1 foot bar that was Powder Coated the same color that I would install to keep the gate from hitting the yard lights but was told to go buy one at Home Depot. And (2), he said he would provide a flat piece of metal to close a 3" gap between the gate and fence post. It's been months of no action yet.
