They also worked with me on reworking my bustle on the second appointment as I had a long train. They moved very quickly, I didn't have my first appointment until about 7 weeks before the wedding and had my dress back within less than 4 weeks! The price was right on par with others I've seen in the valley as well, very fair for the quality of work. Also a kind group of women who made the experience enjoyable and easy. Would highly recommend for bridal, and any alterations really!

Picked up my husband's sport jacket from dry cleaning on a Saturday. All the sea shell buttons were…read morebroken at pick up. I told the attendant immediately. He said he'd fix it and gave me a receipt stating $0.00. Received a call Monday that it would cost $50 to repair and to return the call to give them the green light to fix. So basically--- the sport jacket it out of commission for over a week because of them and they are asking for me to pay for their damages. If you don't care how your clothes come out-- this is a great place to go. If you want your clothes damaged--- pick Super Cleaners. Otherwise, you should go elsewhere.

My experience with this Super Cleaners was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I went to…read moretheir Blue Diamond location and entrusted them with cleaning my wedding tuxedo and two tuxedo shirts, depending on their promise of same-day service to get these clothes back the day before my wedding. Frustratingly, despite what their in-store business cards state, they do not provide same-day service at their Blue diamond location. While they do not offer same-day cleaning despite what they advertise, an in-store associate guaranteed me that a "rush" would ensure my clothes were ready by 10 AM the next morning. This was the day of my wedding! When I arrived the next day, I was informed that my clothes were at a different location and would not be available until 1-2 PM unless I picked them up myself from their location next to the strip - about half an hour away where I was staying. Needless to say, I was stressed. The anxiety of this last-minute scramble overshadowed the joy of my wedding day. To make matters worse, when I finally received my clothes, I discovered that one of my tuxedo shirts was stained with ink. So I basically paid 20+ dollars to just get my shirt stained. The manager didn't apologize and would not compensate me, so it seems like unprofessional work is standard practice for this business. Frankly, the lack of any accountability was disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering Super Cleaners to look elsewhere. Their unreliability and lack of customer care have left me deeply disappointed. Update: as you can see in the comments below, Super Cleaners paints me as the bad guy for purchasing their service on the basis of an incorrect guarantee by their employee and calling them out when they did not deliver on it. Additionally, this business did actually mess up my shirt. Look at the final picture where their tag is still on the shirt if you have any doubts. It's difficult to walk away from this business satisfied, when their official customer service response is to passive-aggressively attack me for bringing my shirt to them so close to my wedding day (when I'm doing so because of events out of my control) and then claim I'm lying about it despite me sharing photos with their tags on it to show that I haven't worn the shirt they messed up.

Best 1 Alterations is aptly named--they truly are the best! This talented, two-generation…read moremother-and-daughter team consistently delivers exceptional work on time, even during busy back-to-school and wedding seasons. Their shop is small but impressively efficient, with a sewing machine usually running and a fitting in progress. If you need to try on an item, come prepared for a possible wait, but rest assured that they keep customers moving while giving everyone the attention they need. They're also honest about what can--and cannot--be done successfully with each garment. For pricing, expect a basic pant hem to cost around $15. More intricate alterations for dresses or men's suits seem to range from approximately $25 for a simple adjustment to around $100 for more extensive suit alterations, depending on the work required. Prices are quoted per piece. Fitting tip: Bring shoes with a heel height similar to what you plan to wear for hems, along with the undergarments you'll wear with the garment when having it resized--they can completely change how clothing sits on your frame. Because this shop stays consistently busy, I recommend scheduling ahead for special-occasion garments, time-intensive alterations, or group fittings.
