Amazing puts it lightly! This was the quickest turnaround I could have asked for. Needed to pants hemmed for work. $62 to hem two pairs of pants in one hour. The job was professionally done, no issues after wearing the pants consistently for two weeks. The price would be cheaper if you don't need that quick of a turnaround I believe. read more

Can't speak to their work but will say to make sure you speak with an actual person instead of the AI bot that answers to make sure they actually do the alterations you're looking for before you make a needless trip. read more

I was in a time bind and had purchased a suit from Dillards that needed the slack length altered. Wen to the 24 Alterarion, was greeted by the most helpful and I might add beautiful lady who told me jokingly "it will cost you extra" with a skiie on her face. They had it done in less than 30 minutes and it was perfect! When I'm back in town I'm taking her flowera! This place is fantastic read more

Amazing service and turn around time! I had a part of a costume/cosplay that needed to be altered as it was too small. After trying 4 different places first, the prices were all too high and turn around was too long, as well as a pain to get to as most places closed at 5-6pm. However, 24 Hour Tailoring is open longer, had better prices, and the fastest turn around times compared to the other places in Vegas. Not only are they fast and better priced, but their quality is absolutely amazing. I'm extremely happy. As for customer service, that was also phenomenal! I had brought in an extra part for my costume and asked about possibly steaming it. He was kind enough to teach me how it was done. I will be coming back in the future for regular clothing and more costume/cosplay alterations. Nothing in Vegas beats 24 Hour Tailoring! read more

The store was a little difficult to find at first. It's tucked away right next to the hello kitty cafe in a corner. The tailor made a couple of interesting comments that came across a bit like body shaming, but I don't think that was their actual intention. I had a suit jacket and pants that needed to be done, and I told him what I wanted, then proceeded to tell me about my body being "shaped weird", because I'm a man with a naturally curvy figure. However, after a little back and forth, I was were able to come up with a couple of ideas of how and where we could make the proper adjustments. The work is top quality, and everyone in the shop knows EXACTLY what they are doing. Now, the tailoring on the suit and pants came out to much more than I expected (over $140), but I'm not familiar with how much this type of service usually costs, so I don't know if that's reasonable or not, but they were the only place I could find to have my alterations done quickly, and by true professionals, so I paid it and went on my way. I do recommend their services. Just be prepared for a tailor who may be a little too outspoken, but with all good intentions. The work is quality, and you can't beat the turnaround. read more

This was the best experience I could hope for! I needed two pairs of uniform pants hemmed and altered with a relatively short turnaround, and they were able to far exceed what I thought was a tight deadline. The two gentlemen I dealt with were attentive and polite. The quality of the alterations was top-notch. And the price was very reasonable... it would have cost much more to put on a rush at most other shops. I have some additional garments that need alterations - I'll be back soon! read more

Pants hemming is $25! And 24 hour return. The mom and pop owners are so accommodating.

In Vegas for my bday weekend, bought a pair of shoes from Schultz online... did not try them on before I left town. Got to Vegas with no other shoes. I called the Wynn concierge to see if I can find a shoe repair place. They called all around and nothing was nearby. They called ahead of time to the 24 hour tailoring and said they did not have a whole lot of experience in altering shoes. However, they still would attempt as a last resort. So I stopped by... and, this very gracious, humble man helped me. Arthur is a very kind, genuine businessman. Although, he did not get a sale from me. He gave me all the time and attention as if I was the only person in the shop. That is amazing!!! As I I am leaving his establishment, I see that he has tailored for a lot of famous people. Truly felt like I was a celebrity before I found out he has tailored for many famous people. Absolutely recommend this business! read more

My executive needed to get his suit jacket tailored quickly and I was SO thankful to find 24 Hour Tailoring open and available on a Sunday! My exec said Arthur was extremely friendly and professional and did excellent work on his suit jacket (and for a small fee, even delivered the jacket to his hotel). Thank you Arthur and team for an job well done! read more

Located in the Fashion Show mall, 24 Hour Tailoring is quick with their service. Dec. 30 - visit and 24 Hour tailoring is packed with last minute emergency NYE alterations from customers who didn't plan in advance. I bring in 3 slacks to be hemmed. I wait quietly to get measured and the lady assisting me thanks me for my patience. She asks when I need them by and I tell her 2 days from now is fine. She gives me a big Thank You for not saying tomorrow...lol Dec. 31 - I get a text message from 24 Hour Tailoring informing me that my alterations are ready for pick up. They also provide the hours they are open on New Year's Day. Fantastic. Jan. 1 - I stop by for pick up and try on all 3 pants in their lone dressing room. All 3 pants are hemmed at the perfect length. This is a small family owned business tucked away into a tiny corner at the Fashion Show. Their work is quality and they even provide same day service if necessary. $20 a pant is steep but you're paying a premium for the location and the speed. Honest and cost effective!!! Customer service and care was his priority. Loved it! I brought him a dress to shorten the hem. Due to material and cost, he asked what the occasion was and I told him it was a one-night only event. An all-white party where the dress will get dirty and I don't plan to wear it again, so he gave me instructions to do it the most cost efficient and easiest way! It was perfect! Saved me time and money! read more

couldnt follow simple instructions to hem $2000 trousers, was ro rude because i was obviously and understandably frustrated. Threaten to kick me out of his shop which i know they wouldnt treat white customers like that. no apology nothing read more

Today was my first time using their service and I ended up just getting my scrub top altered. I needed my medium scrub top fitted on the sides because it was very wide! It could have been a little more fitted but my time was limited as it was already 3pm and I need my scrub top for tomorrow and their time was limited as well as they closed at 7pm. Overall, it was a good job. Im going to need my scrub pants altered as well soon, so I will update accordingly. Also, if you want to avoid walking through the Fashion Show mall you can either park in the "Macy's Men's" parking which is yellow or if you really want to avoid the mall then park closer to Master Mind (I believe it's called that) in the green section closer to Nordstrom's and across Trump Towers and the store will actually be right there when you enter! Learned my lesson today. Haha. The man in there also gave me a free sewing kit and my kids an auntie Annie's pretzel buy one and get one free discount.. which I thought was really sweet and nice!! It made our day! read more

I purchased a suit at Hugo Boss at the North Premium outlets. The salesman said he sends all of his customers to 24 Hour Tailoring. Sure enough, we called ahead on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could tailor the pants sameday. They said yes, so we went over. When we got there the gentleman took my measurements, gave me a ticket, and said the job would be done in 30 minutes! Sure enough, they were ready when we came back, and the pants fit perfect! 24 Hour Tailoring has earned my future business. read more

I recently got a pearl pink bridesmaid dress altered and hemmed; it was $160, plus they told me they didn't have fabric to alter my dress n I would need to bring in fabric, so I did another $20, and they gave me back my dress stained and ripped the fabric on my dress while gaslighting me that it wasn't them. I give a negative-100--horrible, horrible experience. I honestly wanted to cry leaving that place. What an awful experience. Never again. These people don't know customer service, and they ruin your expensive garments. $180 for this. I'm beyond upset. read more

This place is GREAT! Bought a dress that needed to be lifted in the shoulders and also hemmed for the next day and was told to go here by the dress shoppe owner. They got me in immediately and the dress was ready in under 24 hours!! The work was awesome, they even fixed the little strap used to hang the dress without me asking for the insane turnaround time and quality of work, the price is perfect! Highly recommend, thank you for helping make my night magical! read more

The price is high, but the service is fast. I paid twice what I paid for my dress because I waited until the last minute for a dress for a formal event in Vegas. But, it did look very nice. $240 for a hem and some darts. read more

Bless this place. I walked in on a Thursday morning with a suit I needed tailored by the end of the day, and they were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. I dropped off the suit around 11:30 and they were done by 3pm. I needed the pants tapered and hemmed, and the suit sleeves shortened. They did it all very nicely and the whole thing cost the same as a simple hem I had done on a dress back home. I'd absolutely recommend their services. read more

Love these guys. So friendly and always willing and able to pull off the seeming impossible.

worst and most stressful customer service ever!!!!!!!! heres the deal , ive come to this place before and the work was done good but i wasnt a fan of the customer service , a year later i decided to get some things altered and i put aside my feelings and said hopefully they have improved on service and attitude and i was wrong ...i assume the people who work here are a couple and i believe russian , but theh are so bad at customer service its ridiculous,, all they do is rush you asking you what your wanting to get done and just the aura and demeanor of them is so off putting and negative , i wasnt even there 5 minutes & the guy called the lady over and shes telling me she has to get back to work as im trying to explain what i need on the 6 pieces i brought in, the guy is the same way all rushing and speaking to you as if your a child , if you are so busy then hire someone specifically to do consultations!!!!!! my god words cant explain the bad customer service they give . the man i spoke too on the phone was not the people in the store , and he was actually nice not these miserable grinches working in the store. i do not recommend here cause work may be ok but customer service aint worth it .. hell no . do not come here read more

Okay, so because I had an episode of acute fatness before my confirmation at the Catholic Church, I needed to add an inch to my old Armani pants and also take like 2 inches off the inseam (did I really walk around with like 12 pant breaks a couple years ago?) But I needed it, like, today. Or at least by tomorrow afternoon. I'll start with this. I'm pretty sure this place is a front for like a Ukrainian arms dealer or something. I suspect they have a plush back room with scotch and two tailors who never sleep ready to sew bullet proof plates into your cocktail dress. Or maybe I'm thinking of John Wick. But that's pretty much the vibe I got from the stoicism and intentional downplay of their location, facade, and general simple surroundings. Bottom line, they got it done, did it well (no loose strings, or partial hems, or ugly trims, and for a price that I thought was very reasonable (I think $60 for the whole thing). You can't expect a rush tailor job and think it's going to cost you $15. So I'm giving it thumbs up for speed, quality, and price, and taking a couple stars for the chilling, abrupt reception I received. But I also don't want to be assassinated, so if they respond to me with just a picture of a bullet, I'll add two stars right away. read more

I've been coming to this Fashion Show location for 20 years. It's the only place I go to and it's the only place I've ever recommended.

I've been here several times to get pants hemmed. At first I thought they did a 5 star job even though the price was steep $20 for pants & $40 for a hem on a jumpsuit. However, 4 out of 6 things the hem is starting to fall out. I took back 1 pair because it happened right away. They did fix it for free but for it to keep happening is ridiculous! If you are on vacation they will get stuff done in an hour & it will look good, just know that you might be getting it redone. read more

This place is horrible! Not only I was charged unbelievable amount of alteration services, but also the most arrogant and unprofessional workers with no customer service whatsoever. They don't belong in that affluent mall, but somewhere in the hood looms . They seemed to be uneducated and doesn't know how to talk to customers. They need customer service etiquette so badly . I'm also taking my frustrations to these people at Better Business Bureau. They need to be shut down and please Mall department stores... Do not recommend them to your customers. They're unfit! Not worth your time to get services from this place. They don't deserve to do business in this area. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more
