I had a total of three fittings - the initial to go over what I wanted, take measurements, etc; the second to try on with the alterations temporarily in place to verify measurements; and the third final one with everything complete! I loved working with them and they made the process so smooth. I wanted to add custom off-the-shoulder sleeves using some of the sparkly tulle cut from the length, and they came out perfect. The bustle was also perfect and they ensured that I knew how to bustle it for the day of, and ensured I took a video so I could show my planner. My husband and his groomsmen got custom suits from Gaetano, but they also use A-Z Alterations! They knew we were both going there so they made sure our fittings weren't on the same day and that I didn't cross paths with my husband or the groomsmen. I know the groomsmen had great experiences as well. A few of them had issues with their pants' length at the second fitting but it was promptly fixed and they looked perfect on the day of. My in-laws and my brother also had their wedding attire altered here and everyone looked amazing! I've been to other alteration places where the customer service definitely lacked, but Stela was great to work with and stayed in constant communication. I've been back since our wedding to get other items altered. I think the prices are definitely fair for the quality and the reliability of their work, and they quote you prior to getting any work done so you know what to expect.

You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. I've been to the dry clean multiple times but will never come back here after today. I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

I have used Almir services in the past, but I had failed to review. Today I must boast about the fantastic job they did on my Lucky jeans. Everyone has a favorite pair of jeans and I have had mine stashed away for a bit as I knew they needed some repair. I refused to part with them so as I was cleaning my closet out I showed my daughter my old jeans. She immediately spoke up and said take them to Almir. He will repair and make them like new again. I took her advice and today and picked up my beautiful pair of jeans with new belt loops and interior patches added. They look so good and I can hardly wait to wear them. The workmanship is fantastic. I am so grateful for the care they took with my jeans. Almir and his crew provide alterations, embroidery, mending and repair, custom tailoring, and they are able to create reproductions. They also offer a beautiful collection of wedding gowns. Almir is so personable and the customer service is easily 10 stars! Pricing is very reasonable and fair. Parking is easy as they have several dedicated parking spots in front of the business. Went here because a friend recommended him. I got a pair of pants done that I had been waiting to…read morewear because the fit was so big and baggy. I got the pants back and instantly I noticed they were off. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the details and realized that he didn't even try. The hemming was not even on both sides. When I folded the pants to see if the pant legs would line up, they wouldn't. The stitching was wonky and had a slight curve-- not a straight line. It seemed like he didn't use any tools like pins to even try to make the stitching straight. The spots where he had to go over the stitching twice were not in the same spots on both legs and it just looked like he was winging it with one side being thicker than the other. Overall, it was sloppy work. I should have stuck with my gut and went somewhere else considering how messy the inside of his store was, but my friend insisted that he would do a good job. And considering how long he'd been doing this kind of work, I trusted him. He didn't even use the same color thread the rest of the pants had. Or the same thickness thread. The rest of my pants had a thicker thread and it looked like he used regular sewing thread, so it was very noticeable. I'm disappointed and mad because now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. His price seemed good at $15, but you get what you pay for. This was a pair of pants that cost me over $200 so I'm upset that I have to spend even more money to get them fixed. Shame. I should have asked him if he had experience with really big, baggy jeans beforehand because the finished job looked so amateur-ish.
