I had a total of three fittings - the initial to go over what I wanted, take measurements, etc; the second to try on with the alterations temporarily in place to verify measurements; and the third final one with everything complete! I loved working with them and they made the process so smooth. I wanted to add custom off-the-shoulder sleeves using some of the sparkly tulle cut from the length, and they came out perfect. The bustle was also perfect and they ensured that I knew how to bustle it for the day of, and ensured I took a video so I could show my planner. My husband and his groomsmen got custom suits from Gaetano, but they also use A-Z Alterations! They knew we were both going there so they made sure our fittings weren't on the same day and that I didn't cross paths with my husband or the groomsmen. I know the groomsmen had great experiences as well. A few of them had issues with their pants' length at the second fitting but it was promptly fixed and they looked perfect on the day of. My in-laws and my brother also had their wedding attire altered here and everyone looked amazing! I've been to other alteration places where the customer service definitely lacked, but Stela was great to work with and stayed in constant communication. I've been back since our wedding to get other items altered. I think the prices are definitely fair for the quality and the reliability of their work, and they quote you prior to getting any work done so you know what to expect.

It needed to be taken in, a taper, and a hem. These pants were way bigger than I thought when I bought them -- the waist fit already but the super oversized fit in this material was not what I was going for. She completely understood the look I wanted, she kept the style but tailored them perfectly. I'm not going to lie, the service was a bit pricey, but I felt as though the way they were done was perfect. You wouldn't even know it wasn't the original look. I wish I did a before and after pic! Darn. I'd definitely recommend! And I love supporting local. She's a small little hole in the wall and she does great work.

Most cleaners send the work off site and it comes back resembling the first dress I made in high school economics class. Well, just picked up my items, tried them on and every thing fit perfectly. One item had a stain that I was sure would not come out as it had been packed away for years. They removed the stain. Not a hint of it. So professionally done. The price is slightly more than you would pay at the corner cleaners, but you get what you pay for. Try this place. You will not be sorry. I asked which shirt and of course they couldn't tell me. I considered saying I'm not paying it. I don't know why this ticked me off so badly but I told the cashier I'm probably never coming back again over this $2.25. The dress is also not ironed or straightened but the tulle is so ruffled up and scrunched together!? Don't trust ur dress here!!

I've been to the dry clean multiple times but will never come back here after today. I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.
