It was my first time trying Tide Cleaners and while it was easy to drop off and pay on the app, I am disappointed that their kiosk for pickup is broken. The whole point of going to Tide is it can be picked up whenever once it's ready. It would've been nice if the desk attendant mentioned this to me when dropping off my clothes. My most recent Tide experience can only be described as a comedy of errors leading to this company losing my business. On Thursday, May 8th, I set my Tide Dry Cleaning bag in front of my house to be collected by their delivery driving team. When I returned home from work the bag was gone (as was expected). By Monday, May 12th My clothes had still not made it back to my house so on Thursday, May 15th I went to Tide to investigate. The girl at the front desk (named Shayla maybe?) informed me that the delivery driver went to my home and there was no bag set out. No help offered, no information taken just in case something were to turn up. Nothing. For weeks I accepted that $600 in work clothes had been stolen right from my front porch. Finally on Tuesday, May 27th I found a receipt on an old disposable plastic Tide bag in my closet With somebody else's name and phone number. Lo and behold my clothing was not stolen - I was given someone else's Tide bag and, as it turns out, my clothing was laundered and delivered to someone else's home! I contacted the name phone number on the receipt and the gentleman I spoke to confirmed that he had been charged for my clothing and they were delivered to his home. Thankfully he returned them to Tide. This one-off incident could've been resolved simply through accountability and honesty, but unfortunately when speaking to Mario, the General Manager, he informed me that the bag I used to have my dry cleaning picked up didn't have a name on it , and therefore my clothing was in the "No Name" pile. Either Mario was being truthful and Tide has a very poor system in place to track their customer's belongings, or he was being deceitful. A $50 credit was offered, which was completely insulting considering this company misplaced hundreds of dollars of my property. Either way, I immediately went to Tide to pick up the clothing I believed to had been stolen, only for Mario to ask if I'd like to charge the dry cleaning to my credit card on file - an outrageous question given the circumstances. I told Mario the right thing to do was for me not to be charged. The experience I had this month was completely egregious. I have since cancelled my account and will never return. This bad situation could've been remedied by honesty, accountability, making things right, and empathy. Instead I was lied to and nearly charged. This was a really poor reflection on ownership and management. Shame. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. The manager, Mario Bran, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He claimed he was the one who cleaned my dress, but when I picked it up, the front side of it was clearly damaged and looked completely ruined. The color had also completely changed from green to white, almost like bleach had been used on it. When I brought this to his attention, he insisted that the dress was already like that before I brought it in, which is simply not true. I even had pictures before I brought it in showing that the white spot was not there. Despite that, he ignored me and said he just put it in the machine and it came out like that. I had a not so great experience with Tide Cleaners a couple of weeks ago and I wrote an angry, but accurate review afterwards and posted it. I'm writing an update because I want to be fair to them and their manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right. When I reflect upon good relationships I've had with companies in the past, I can't think of many that never made mistakes or didn't ever cause me any frustration. What made me appreciate them was that they provided good service and when they made a mistake, they endeavored to correct it in a fair and reasonable way. I feel that Chuck, the manager of Tide Cleaners did this in this instance. Good follow up and follow through is huge when it comes to rebuilding trust and that's is what Chuck did. As I stated in my original review, I had been fairly happy with them up to that point. They had provided me with good service, fair prices and attractive coupon offers. I suppose that part of why I was so angry was because my expectations had already been set and the experience was so bad that it completely blew my trust. As of this moment, we're good. Each time they come out nice and clean so you get what you pay for! Also, they can be super fast...like next day fast! I never need my stuff that soon. What I do not like is the fact that I go there for dry cleaning only and today I picked up my dry cleaning to find out that two shirts were laundered. Dropped a coat off here with no issues and was told it would be ready the next day.. nice, right?! Wrong! I get a text the next day, as promised, saying it's ready for pickup. When I get there to pick it up, I ask about how much I owe, to be told that it's already been paid for.. He then does more digging and tells me that actually my coat wasn't even dry cleaned, and they couldn't clean it because they might damage the leather. They told me the pick up time would be the next day (every other dry cleaner I've used has been much longer). My wife has a coat from Bebe that she just absolutely loves and she looks stunning in it. It was time to get it cleaned and so I brought it in. When we got it back it had a tag stating that Tide tried to clean it but could not get it completely clean, in addition there was damage to the fur collar. I brought it to the attention of the store manager Mario and he looked at it and escalated to the District Manager Chuck Lucas. Chuck took full responsibility and completely surprised me when he was able to find another coat in the same style and size to replace it with. This was not a new coat so that made it even more of a challenge to find, especially since Bebe only carries each style for a limited time. Tide has thoroughly impressed with this EXCELLENT customer service and attention to detail! I've been a loyal Al Phillips customer for years but when a bright new Tide Dry Cleaners opened up closer to my house (and sent a 50% off coupon), I had to give them a try. I just picked up my first order and my hubby, who has tons of dry cleaning every month, was so happy with the job they did that I'm pretty sure we are now switching cleaners for good. The drop-off experience was so easy. As a first time customer, I had to set up an account. I opted to put a credit card on file to make things easier. Your account is tied to your phone number and they have a rewards program where you'll get coupons. I was given a reusable cloth bag for future drop-offs. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was fast to get in the system and learn the ropes. The girl behind the counter even sent me home with a sack full of free Tide samples! This is a great place for busy professionals, as they have 24 hour pick-up and drop-off. We used the "clothes ATM" kiosk last night around 11:45 pm just to check it out and it was awesome! You scan your email code that they send when your laundry is ready and it pops out of a box so you can get your clothes 24/7, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED! Same with drop-off, there's a 24/7 drop box. Adding to the service is their curbside valet, which really just means you drive up and an employee will come out to your car to get your drop-off clothes or to deliver your clean laundry. It's an A+ idea for sure. Hubby was THRILLED with the job they did on his first order, and he had a good mix of dress shirts, suits, dress pants, and casual polo shirts. They let you choose your level of starch (if you like it) too. He praised the way his clothes were hung without those annoying (and wasteful) little twist ties that competitors use. This is a 5 star place except for one thing: the prices. They are expensive! Their price to dry clean a regular dress shirt is $6.25! That's the biggest problem here. The first time I bought it, I left it to be washed, but I don't know whose mistake it was, but it was dry-cleaned. The jacket was a mess and I complained to the manager(Mario Bran), so now I washed it according to the order. It has shrunk and the lining seems to have shrunk a lot. When I asked what happened to the (attached) ticket, they said that the type of jacket uses a dry cleaning code, even if it is washed. crazy!!! On Feb 15th, 2024 My card on file was charged $91! Someone came in and put stuff under my name! They clearly didn't check for identification at any point! This is a huge concern as just anybody that has your phone number and name can put stuff onto your account! When I called I spoke with Jose, he admitted that he did take the order of a Disney sweater and a black blazer. I of course was super upset because he didn't believe me when I said that wasn't me! He insisted that I speak to who ever charged it to my account! I'm like, HELLO STUPID I DONT KNOW WHO THE HELL THAT IS! THATS WHY OM CALLING CAUSE THIS IS FRAUD AND YOU HELP CONTRIBUTE TO THIS CRIME!!!!! He obviously wasn't going to help me cause he kept trying to talk over me when I tried asking why they don't check for any identification! So I asked for the store manager and his name is Mario! I asked him again why do you guys just let any one just drop stuff under anyone's name ? Like if I have an account and a card on file, there has to be an extra added security so stuff like this happens!
