Extremely disappointed with the service department regarding my 2024 Ford Bronco warranty claim…read more My Bronco's motor failed, so we brought it to the dealership expecting support and communication under Ford's warranty process. The service representative, Mauricio, informed us repairs would take about a month and promised us an update by mid next week (around 05/13). That date came and went with absolutely no communication. By 05/18, after multiple unanswered voicemails and no callbacks, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. Suddenly, Mauricio was available to take my call. When I asked for an update, I was told the exact same thing we had been told two weeks earlier: "Ford hasn't approved it yet." I then asked for Ford's direct number so I could understand why my repairs were delayed. Mauricio provided me with a customer relations number and a repair reference number that he apparently knew would not work. After realizing I had been given incorrect information, I went into the dealership frustrated, understandably so after weeks of poor communication and feeling ignored. Instead of helping resolve the situation, Mauricio's attitude was essentially "back off and leave." I later contacted Ford Customer Relations myself and learned the truth: Ford Warranty was actually waiting on the DEALERSHIP to send photos of the motor. In other words, the delay was not Ford -- it was the dealership failing to do their part while I was repeatedly being told otherwise. Customers should not have to chase down answers, be ignored, or feel lied to. Communication, honesty, and accountability go a long way, and unfortunately I experienced none of that here. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I had a pretty frustrating experience at Bill Brandt Ford working with Kole Monello…read more To start on a positive note, they did give me a fair trade-in value and we agreed on pricing before I drove out, which I appreciated. However, once I got there in person, things changed. They added a "non-removable" theft etch fee that wasn't clearly part of the original deal. Then I was asked if I'd be comfortable with a $400/month payment on a $10k loan which is honestly unreasonable. They also tried to load the deal with extras like LoJack, warranties, and other add-ons I didn't ask for. When I asked them to use my credit union approval, the interest rate was increased higher than it should have been. At delivery, I declined a car wash and simply asked for a tank of gas, and was told no because I already "got a discount," which felt petty. Now that I'm home, I've noticed the windshield is chipped something that should have been addressed before delivery. Overall, I'd rather take a loss than go back there. It felt like the focus was more on squeezing extra money out of the deal than actually taking care of the customer. Customer experience clearly isn't a priority here, and that matters.

A few months ago my daughter came to me and asked my assistance with purchasing a car. She works…read moreretail and works very hard for little money. So she was taking her hard earned dollars to purchase her first car. We had looked at a car at a lien sale and I knew that in order for her to get a decent car we were going to have to spend a little extra. We went to Titanium Motorsports and met with Sheldon. Sheldon is an impressive young man who is very knowledgeable about car sales and mechanics of the vehicles. She test drove a Nissan Pathfinder and fell in love. We discussed the price of the car and after a few minutes a deal was laid out on the table. We agreed to put down the money my daughter had earned and pay the balance in 30 days. During this period, I lost my job abruptly and was unable to assist my daughter with the payments. We contacted Sheldon and asked if we could change our payment arrangements. He was very kind and understanding about our situation, and agreed to work with us. Morgan was allowed to keep the car, work and continue to pay on the balance. There was, of course, a small interest fee we agreed to pay, but so long as we stayed in touch with Sheldon we were on good terms. The Pathfinder is in very good condition, but what amazed me is how mechanically sound the car is. We have had the car for several months and it has offered us no problems at all. The A/C has blown cold since the day we picked the car up. The car starts without a hiccup and it rides smooth. Today we paid the car off. We had the good fortune to complete our transaction with Daniel who was also professional, kind and understanding. I would definitely go back to Titanium for my next vehicle. The only real problem we had was with having our phone calls returned, but that is because they spend most of their time making certain that their cars are mechanically sound and ready to be sold. So, if you need a car, go see Daniel and Sheldon. They will work with you. Just don't expect a phone call back right away. Good Luck Titanium Motorsports.

If I could give this place a half a star....I would! The only good thing was the great customer…read moreservice from Sheldon but besides that, this place is a rip off. The car that I bought there is horrible, it has broke down numerous times and I am still paying on a car now that I can't drive. I would never recommend this place to buy a car....don't do it!!!
