I mentioned them and they were fixed right away. No problems. 3. Everyone is very helpful, great customer service and they honestly try their hardest to help any one who comes to them for a car. Jorge was my sales rep, great guy. Every thing as far as paper work, looking at the car & having all my questions answered. We sealed a deal with a 2011 Sonata within 1.5 hours. Fast, and very to the point. Rigo has also helped me with a lot as well. I'm pretty sure all the reps are great & I highly recommend Rigo or Jorge. Receiving my plates and tags took less than 30 days, more like within 15 days. To me that's pretty fast for other car places I've heard of friends and family dealing with. When car places say they take care of their customers, Los Primos really stands up to that! He seriously goes above and beyond, and treats you like family. He makes the process so comfortable, makes sure you understand everything you are signing, and really takes the time to go through and make sure everything you want is included in the deal. Whatever it is, he will find a way to make it work! He is always multi-tasking and helping his team, and still remains efficient and professional. Everytime I come, I have at least 1-3 of my kids with me, and he is always happy to see them, and have them along during the process. However, once I got there in person, things changed. They added a "non-removable" theft etch fee that wasn't clearly part of the original deal. Then I was asked if I'd be comfortable with a $400/month payment on a $10k loan which is honestly unreasonable. They also tried to load the deal with extras like LoJack, warranties, and other add-ons I didn't ask for. When I asked them to use my credit union approval, the interest rate was increased higher than it should have been. At delivery, I declined a car wash and simply asked for a tank of gas, and was told no because I already "got a discount," which felt petty. Now that I'm home, I've noticed the windshield is chipped something that should have been addressed before delivery. Overall, I'd rather take a loss than go back there. It felt like the focus was more on squeezing extra money out of the deal than actually taking care of the customer. Customer experience clearly isn't a priority here, and that matters.
