I bought the car anyway because it had everything I was looking for and they promised that they would cover the cost of any repair at my mechanic because I lived so far from them. I took it to my mechanic about 3 weeks later and learned that the rear end needed to be replaced. He was able to locate a used one. I called and left a voicemail and texted. I heard nothing. I had turned down the return policy which would have been passed anyway before I got it into the mechanic. I called and texted again. Still nothing. I had my mechanic replace the rear end and sent a copy of the invoice to them along with another message. This business ghosted me and never even split the cost of the repair. I do not recommend buying from them as they are LIARS and will say what they think you need to hear to make the sale.

Extremely disappointed with the service department regarding my 2024 Ford Bronco warranty claim…read more My Bronco's motor failed, so we brought it to the dealership expecting support and communication under Ford's warranty process. The service representative, Mauricio, informed us repairs would take about a month and promised us an update by mid next week (around 05/13). That date came and went with absolutely no communication. By 05/18, after multiple unanswered voicemails and no callbacks, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. Suddenly, Mauricio was available to take my call. When I asked for an update, I was told the exact same thing we had been told two weeks earlier: "Ford hasn't approved it yet." I then asked for Ford's direct number so I could understand why my repairs were delayed. Mauricio provided me with a customer relations number and a repair reference number that he apparently knew would not work. After realizing I had been given incorrect information, I went into the dealership frustrated, understandably so after weeks of poor communication and feeling ignored. Instead of helping resolve the situation, Mauricio's attitude was essentially "back off and leave." I later contacted Ford Customer Relations myself and learned the truth: Ford Warranty was actually waiting on the DEALERSHIP to send photos of the motor. In other words, the delay was not Ford -- it was the dealership failing to do their part while I was repeatedly being told otherwise. Customers should not have to chase down answers, be ignored, or feel lied to. Communication, honesty, and accountability go a long way, and unfortunately I experienced none of that here. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I asked Arlene if I could speak with her manager. She then asked if this had to do with me wanting to return a vehicle. Mind you, this was the first time I had ever called this place, and I thought that was a red flag. I responded that no, it did not, and that I simply wanted to speak with the manager in charge. She then changed her tone with me and said he was not available at the moment. I said okay, no worries, and asked if I could get his email. She then asked what this was about. I told her the issue had nothing to do with her, which was why I was asking for a manager. At that point she became aggressive with me and said that if I didn't give her my name and number, she wasn't going to help me. Before I could get a word in, she transferred me to a line that rang twice and then asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I decided to call back. This time, the phone was answered by a man named Dennis. He seemed polite at first, but his tone gave off a bad demeanor. I asked if I could speak to the manager in charge, and he asked what the call was regarding. I told him the same thing I told Arlene, but unlike Arlene, Dennis was beyond rude. He said that if I didn't give him my name and number, he was just going to hang up on me, and that no matter how many times I called, he would continue to hang up. When I asked if he was a salesman there and why he cared so much about why I needed to speak to his supervisor, he simply hung up on me. After calling a third time, Dennis was treating the entire situation like a game. At one point, he kept cutting me off and repeating, like a lunatic, "No name, no number, I'm not going to help you." After saying that about seven times, he hung up again. I called back a fourth time, and now they just hang up every time. Based on the way both Arlene and Dennis handled my calls, it's clear this dealership has serious customer-service issues and an unprofessional internal culture. Their hostility, refusal to provide basic information, and repeated hang-ups weren't just rude--they signaled a place that has no respect for customers and no interest in resolving concerns. If this is how they treat someone simply trying to speak with a manager, I can only imagine how they behave once they've already taken a customer's money. This interaction alone was enough to make me completely lose trust in this dealership.

Let me start by saying that I was not sure about this place initially. The reputation of used car…read moredealerships kept playing in my head as I made the first call to them about a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS that I found on Autotrader. Is this too good to be true, I thought to myself? They had it listed for a price that was cheaper than anywhere else in the COUNTRY! This isn't the cheap 6-cylinder Quattroporte, this was the turbocharged V-8! Wow! I called and was very demanding right off the bat because I wanted to see if this was real. It's a dealership in Antioch and they probably don't even have this car, I thought. After I called them, I went in to see it. I drove 1 Hour in traffic and was prepared to be disappointed. I was not! In fact, I was blown away by the car (was in almost perfect shape) and by the professionalism of the dealership. After the test drive, I asked them to take the car to Walnut Creek to have it inspected prior to me negotiating with them. They did so without complaining. Mind you, this is at least a 30 minute drive from where they are and could have easily said no to me. After the inspection, I told them what my mechanic found, and they negotiated for me. I barely had to say anything. They gave me more than I expected including two new front tires, a set of OEM rear brakes and even some money off! These guys are legit. I cannot day enough about my experience there and would recommend this dealership. If I bought a Maserati from here, you can trust that all of their other cars are just as good! I had a chance to talk to the owner and he is a great guy. He's been in the car business a long time and really knows his business. Cheers to you, California Auto Outlet. I set up a time to look at this vehicle not only was he super friendly but he informed me the jeep was at the sister store in Tracy he hand delivered it for me. I fell in love with this car and Richard was able to make it work in my price range. Honestly I'm use to spending 10 hrs at a dealership. They picked a great financing company with putting minimal hits on my credit which was important to me. The whole process was awesome and quick. Because I work close to the dealership Richard picked up my car and had it detailed for me. Had a slight problem with the lift gate but they got it fixed right away. Very disappointing experience, especially since we purchased our vehicle here…read more We brought our vehicle here Saturday morning because it was experiencing dangerous hesitation/lagging when accelerating, particularly when merging into traffic. We chose this dealership because we purchased the vehicle here and trusted them to handle the issue properly. We were told the catalytic converter was the problem and that Ford would cover the repair at no cost to us. We were told the vehicle would be ready Wednesday and dropped off Thursday morning. The communication throughout the repair was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to call for updates because the dealership was not contacting us when they said they would. We also learned that an additional part had been replaced without our knowledge or authorization. That repair was covered under our extended warranty with a $100 deductible, but we were never contacted before the work was performed or given the opportunity to approve the charge/ know what was going on. When my bf questioned the $100 charge over the phone, Eric told him, "At least it was $100 and not $300." The amount was never the issue. The issue was that the work was performed without our authorization. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, we were made to feel like we should be grateful the unauthorized charge wasn't higher. Then Thursday came, and the vehicle had not been delivered because the drop-off had apparently never been scheduled on their end. My bf had to leave work early to deal with the situation. We were also concerned about whether the original acceleration problem had actually been resolved and whether the vehicle had been properly road-tested. Today, Chris, the manager who had been out yesterday, called my bf. Unfortunately, the conversation was just as disappointing. My bf explained that the issue was communication and authorization, not whether the additional part was covered under warranty. Instead of acknowledging the communication failure, Chris focused on the fact that the part was covered. He also stated that there had been no calls for updates and that things were not scheduled because they were "too busy." The only resolution Chris offered was to remove the newly installed part and put the OLD FAULTY PART BACK ON THE VEHICLE. That completely missed the point. We were not asking them to undo a necessary repair, we were asking why the repair was performed without our knowledge or authorization in the first place. What was most disappointing was the repeated lack of accountability and the rude way our concerns were handled. We were repeatedly treated as though we were the problem when we were simply asking the dealership to take responsibility for mistakes and communication failures on their end. A simple apology and acknowledgment would have gone a long way. We ultimately paid the $100 deductible to get our vehicle back. We expected much better from the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. The lack of communication, unauthorized repair, failure to properly schedule the promised delivery, and the way management handled our concerns completely destroyed our trust. We will not be returning here for service or purchasing our next vehicle from this dealership. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
