We used MoreSF for audio, lighting, and photobooth for our wedding last week. These people all do an amazing job. Everything from starting communication roughly 8 months prior to our event to CRUSHING IT on the day of our wedding was awesome. I really don't know what to say other than we had a 10/10 experience throughout the entire ordeal. Matt is extremely talented at keeping the Dance floor alive for hours and a wizard with all the live acts we had (4 sets of musicians at different parts of the night). He recording everything for us too so that I can make a wedding video for my wife. Have you ever gone to a large celebratory event and not been able to talk to anyone because the music was so loud? They should have hired MoreSF -- Matt Haze Kaftor. We had a party for 55 people with dinner & dancing. He adjusted the volume so that we could talk at a conversational level, even across a table-for-8. He bumped it up enough when the dancing started, but still not TOO loud. We gave him a list of favorite songs and asked him to augment the list as he saw fit -- his playlist was terrific. MoreSF can also install supplemental lighting and various effects to enhance the room visually, which they did for us. He will listen to your requests and do his best to accommodate you. He is absolutely honest and has a lot of integrity. This was the first time we worked together and I cannot think of one thing that could have been better. He's a great find! read more

I was excited for him to play my favorite music and stick to a certain style, but little did I know that he was about to extrapolate on that style and really make our wedding a special event. Originally, we found DJ Or when we were looking for a DJ for our ~90 people engagement party in SF. He turned our night into an absolutely unforgettable experience for us and for our guests. DJ Matt Haze and his MC Toni were a blast! All music was kid-friendly while still managing to entertain the all of the adults and teens in the room too! Great mix of oldies-remixes, Halloween classics, and pop and Matt and Toni did a great job engaging the dancers with games, puppets, and group dance songs. Where to start...Hmmm, I know, Matt Haze is amazing. He was so incredibly helpful throughout my entire experience. Here is everything in a nutshell: I was having a multi-store grand opening in the San Fran/San Jose area and having called several other DJ's, I found Matt on Yelp and am so happy I did. At first, I just said I needed one person for a certain location but when I explained that I was opening 9 stores and needed 9 DJ's, he said he could take care of it for me (WAHOO!). Matt saved me hours by taking care of the logistics for me. He was always very courteous and helpful in our email or phone conversations and was especially easy to get a hold of (considering I was in Philadelphia and he was in San Fran, it's not always easy to get on the same time). Anyways, on the day of the events, all of the DJ's showed up EARLY and were set up and ready to go on time. They played great music; they were on their microphones doing trivia, giving out prizes to customers and were overall amazing to work with. I was lucky enough to be at the store that Matt was DJing at and I enjoyed his music taste and the way he talked with our customers. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone in the San Fran/San Jose area; you will not be disappointed. Having Or DJ our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. He was professional, easy to work with, accommodating, and very talented. Our ceremony was flawless and I'm thrilled we mic'd it. Guests could hear easily and having the music fade just right made everything flow much more naturally. He was also flexible and worked with the catering staff and us to make announcements. Our playlist and do-not-play list were both relatively short, in my opinion. We had maybe a dozen songs on each and let Or work the crowd, which worked perfectly. His volume control was spot-on all night, from cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance floor. Our dance floor was a blast. Personally, I was a skeptic of how the dance floor would go since it was "only" a 75 person wedding, but Or killed it and it was the best dance floor I've seen at a wedding! We had a Bat Mitzvah party and dj Or rocked the house. How he managed those zillion kids, kept them active and interested the entire time, was a bit of a mystery. Given most kids have the attention span of a fly, keeping them from being bored and fully participating, is no small thing. He's organized, has a lot of energy-but not frenetic crazy- and clearly enjoys and takes pride in what he does. Couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. There was so much work to be done prior to our wedding and we just couldn't get to every detail of the music for our wedding. DJ Or and I jumped on a call a few days prior to our wedding and was so kind about everything. He reassured me that everything was going to be fine, and he worked on all our music just a day before the wedding. The point is, we were panicking and he worked with us to make sure everything ran smoothly. The music was great, and every single part of the wedding went smoothly. I got to experience the joy of having Matt Haze DJ my wedding in Mexico. I interviewed the two "default" dj companies for my son's bar mitzvah and was discouraged because: they sounded very corporate with their package A, B, or C options AND they were wildly expensive compared with the budget for the rest of our event. We provided info on the kind of party we were having, our family, etc., and the dj-ing at the event was truly just right. These guys know how to bring down the house! I love to dance and I love music and these guys delivered. My favorite part of the whole wedding day was being on the dance floor with everyone, and I mean everyone! Or the DJ was able to pick tracks that appealed to my friends, older family members, and kids. By the end of the night, most guests were still there dancing and living it up. I was also impressed by the way Or was able to take the track list my husband and I gave him and come up with other songs I loved and forgot all about until that night. And It wasn't the typical American wedding songs. I had multiple friends tell me the next day that the dancing was their favorite part of the wedding too. Way to go More SF.
