I submitted an order with them over a month ago for a colleague. The order was paid for and paperwork was processed. I get a call to pick up my order last Friday morning. I drove over on MY lunch break. My order is not ready! No biggie, the owner says. I will have this done by Monday morning and call you. I got no call, so I called. I called 5 times. No answer. I emailed, no answer. I left my staff meeting early to come up here at 11am, not open. Your horrible customer service let a lot of people down, so I will not use your service. I will tell others about my experience. I don't normally do this, but I am really upset about the piss poor service I have gotten from this establishment. As I run around to the surrounding businesses in the complex, they all have said "This happens all the time. I am surprised word hasn't gotten out about More Greeks". For a store that is near to CPP, this place needs to improve. Cons: - For starters, of the various times I've been here, they have NEVER opened on time (11am). I've had to wait up to 30 min for someone to arrive.. Just last week I came back in 15 min increments (running errands in-between) and nearly rammed the door down to get the attention of an employee who was in the back room. Alas, did not get their attention and decided to bring my business elsewhere. - One of the set of letters I received ripped a hole in the sweater & - Incorrectly embroidered two set of letters I purchased. Pros: - The two set of letters that were incorrect were corrected in time, and although they just took out the stitching and stitched over it, it didn't look too bad. - Decent selection of in-store clothing for inspiration - Customer service, when the store was open Again, the close proximity to CPP is a plus, but really... I would rather drive an additional 10-20 min for more reliable service. read more

Not sure what is happening here, but there is no way to get in contact with this company. Their phone number is not in service anymore, and the emails they provide to get in contact with them do not have a domain that is supported. I ordered chords from them almost a month ago with a promise of an email update when they got shipped out, only for that to never come. I was not given a tracking number to see where my package was and it's safe to say with their most recent instagram post being in 2018 that this company is only here to take your money without providing the product that you ordered. There is no way to find updated contact information on a website that is still up and advertising products on it. Do not shop from this website unless you want to go through the process of getting a refund from however you ended up sending payment in. read more

I'm all for supporting family-owned businesses but there are certain requirements that need to be met in order for any business to keep running. I ordered a sweater as a birthday present for a friend, with the expectation that itd be ready in 8-10 business days. After waiting the allotted time I received no notification that my order was ready, at which point I began trying to contact the business several times to ask when they thought it'd be ready. TRYING is the key word here... I called them approximately 12 times over the course of several weeks, left voicemails, and about 4 of those times someone did answer, but only gave a vague response and told me they'd call me back.... which they never did. Not only did I have to attend a birthday dinner empty handed, but I had to constantly be the guy telling my friend that I actually DID have a bday present for my friend, that I wasn't lying, and that it actually REALLY WAS in the process of being made. All in all it took OVER a month from the time I placed my order until I finally was told the one sweater was ready. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I hope this business will make some necessary changes. read more

I was looking for a place near home that would give me the right price to get decals done for my small hobby designing decals for my motorcycle riding friends and cars. I normally have to drive down to Rowland Heights to get them done and they were charging me rather expensive prices whereas here, it's cheap and the place is really clean with a sound system and television the customers can watch while they wait. The people working there are just fantastic people that work with you, whether it's custom or premade. :) I got 5 average sized decals done and it was only $9ish when the other place would've charged me $9 a piece! Terrible customer service. As mentioned in previous reviews, the store rarely answers their phones. I asked Oliver to do my graduation stole in Mid April and it took him three weeks just to say he couldn't do it. He never bothered giving me a phone call or answering any of my texts about the status of my stole. Completely unprofessional. He seemed very disorganized and dishonest. I had a real difficult time with this place. I just wanted one sweater. Every time I would stop by no one would be in the store despite the hours on the door saying they were open, the place is unorganized and so is the system they use to take orders. More importantly, I went to go pick up my order on the day they said it would be done and no one was there. I stopped by three times and still no one was there. Got a set of custom SAE letters done here. They offer many different options from color stitching to different types of clothing. Service was excellent and the final product came out perfect. Let me put this review in the context that the person that owns this store is a brother of my fraternity and I have nothing to gain from saying this. I in no way expected special treatment, but instead received far below the minimum. First off, they do not open at 11am they open at the earliest 12:30. Second, expect to be constantly calling about your order because they will not call you about it, or deliver it on time. Third, take your money elsewhere, quality is average and nothing special, prices are average as well. I only came here as a favor to give a brother some business. I ordered two sets of letters, one of which was delivered on time, the other order was for my little. I had to call to see if the order has been completed and they assured me that my order was there. When I showed up they told me the letters where left in the warehouse. I basically wasted my time driving since my little's letters were the ones I needed. (60 miles round trip) I was told I would be contacted when my little's letters would be delivered but I waited 5 days and heard nothing. I called in the fifth day and they said that the letters had been at the shop since the beginning of the week. I went to pick them up (60 miles round trip again), of course they weren't open I stayed for an hour and left at 12, I was on my lunch break and couldn't stay any longer. The letters were delivered two weeks late and when discussing a refund the best they could give me was 30 measly dollars out of my 120 dollar order. Customer service is horrible here and I wouldn't come here again. Shop inside is a mess and you can tell it's run by irresponsible people. read more

I purchased a flag for my son's initiation on More Greeks online website. I quickly received email notification that it had shipped on 3/21/17. I didn't receive the flag, so I emailed More Greeks to inquire. They never answered my email. I called More Greeks several times, and left messages...finally, I called and a live person picked up the phone! He seemed aware of my flag issue and said he would send out a replacement right away. I haven't received that flag either. I have left numerous messages, and no response. Don't shop with More Greeks online. They are untrustworthy, and have terrible customer service. read more

Terrible. It took about 15 weeks for our letters to get finished, and when they finally did they didnt bother to call. A friend of mine had to tell me they were finished. And when we finally went to pay they tried to charge us full prices. The old owner was much more efficient, now the new management seems to think they can give shawty service and charge full price. Also I decided to edit my review because it was brought to my attention by a friend that all the positive ratings on here are from the owners. Pretty sad. read more

Ordered a set of letters for my littles and my littles little (3 sets total) a week before initiation. Sadly, they weren't ready until 12 weeks, yes 12 weeks, later. To top it off they still wanted me to pay full price for them. This is ridiculous, don't take in so much business if you can't give quality to consumers.
