I am actually shocked by the other reviews, because that has NOT been my case at all. These people are legit, and that is the rumor I hear around town too. Ended up going to ER for an emergency refill since every pharmacy in the county required a review of my medical records, supplied by my physician. Rite Aid, my trip to ER at Adventist was $1200. Far cry from the typical $90 for the RX. Closing stores without advance notice to your patients is unacceptable and poses extreme health hazards.

I have been…read moregoing to CVS since I can remember but never have I had to go to the actual pharmacy, but today I went to go grab some allergy medication for my mother. I arrived to the pharmacy to see this long auburn haired girl talking very agitated to an older lady, as if she had a long day. Whatever that's fine. It wasn't until I went to my car to get my license that I returned to the lady yelling at an older man hard of hearing giving him instructions but then rubbed her entire face (in these corona virus circumstances and DIDN'T sanitize her hands after) and said "i feel like i'm yelling" all stressed like. the guy ended up saying "what a chore huh?" after letting her know he was hard of hearing multiple times. That was that but she also got very stressed out that I pulled out my card to early and she had to restart the terminal. My mother has said she's only seen her very rude to customers or breaking down crying. If you have no patients for anyone but yourself, don't be a health care worker. And if you hate your job, get out of it and do something else! A human interaction has never pissed me off more in my life. North Lake Pharmacy graciously excepted us as clients and we're thrilled that they did. They provide the hometown feel we were looking for in a retirement community. The staff is friendly and informative. An added bonus is the actual pharmacists takes time to explain things from medical coverage to prescription usage. The whole vibe of the store is warm with various things to offer, even maintaining different themed holiday merchandise. We feel the prescription prices are just as compatible as any other pharmacy, as well as the over-the-counter necessities. The location is extremely convenient, right off a main drag with ample parking too.
