I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

He then took on the challenge of our kitchen. My family and friends were stunned! Everything was to our specifications, gorgeous, and offered UNIQUE storage solutions. Mike is a skilled craftsman. After being comfronted of using nonconforming materials they continued to assured that it was the materials specified in contract until we filled a claim with the bond company. Then they admitted to using non conforming materials. After the roofing work was performed, my home developed a leak that had not existed before the project, resulting in damage to the interior of my home. What should have been a straightforward roofing project turned into an ongoing dispute. Despite the leak and resulting interior damage, the company has refused to accept responsibility for the interior damages or pay for the repairs caused by the leaking roof. Since raising these concerns, it has been a nightmare trying to get the company to correct the work. Rather than providing the documentation I requested to verify that qualified personnel would perform a contract-compliant repair, I have received repeated generic responses that fail to address my concerns or provide the information needed to move forward. As a homeowner, I expected the work to be completed according to the contract and for any problems to be addressed promptly and professionally. Instead, I have been forced to spend months pursuing a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you hire them, verify that the materials being installed match your contract, document every stage of the project, and get everything in writing.
