My fiancé and I came to Scott after being recommended by two of my fiancé's close friends. I had wanted to be a part of the ring selection process and we had just begun the ring search and didn't know anything about diamonds. Scott treated us like family. He met with us for a few hours and explained everything we needed to know about diamonds and how to make an educated decision within our budget. After the initial meeting we met with Scott again to look at a few diamond options. Scott was extremely patient and again explained everything to us and let us take our time looking at all of our options. At this point I'm not sure how many times we visited Scott throughout this process. I do not make big decisions like this quickly and he was very patient every time. He hand selects all of the diamonds he shows you and also has the GIA certificate to show you as well. Once I had finally decided on a diamond, we moved on to the design process for the setting. I wanted a classic, timeless 6 prong solitaire design and sent him a few screenshots of designs I had saved on my phone. He sent us pictures and videos of the design and the whole ring making process. I wanted a very thin band, but I'm so happy he advised us on what he thought was safe and sturdy for the diamond. He invited us back in for the final step of setting the stone and we got to pick how we wanted the stone set and got to participate in watching the process. We took the ring home that day! My fiancé proposed a couple months later! I LOVE my ring and highly recommend Scott!! He is extremely friendly, personable and very patient! Now whenever I'm in the area I visit Scott and he professionally cleans my ring. The last time I came in for a cleaning I happened to be with my mom. Her ring had become too small for her finger and she was not able to take it off for a couple of years. We were telling Scott about this while we were waiting for my ring to finish getting cleaned and without hesitation Scott offered to cut off her ring and re-size it on the spot like he would a family member. He also fixed her necklace, as well and cleaned them both. Her ring is now finally her finger size and she can wear her necklace again! In no way did we expect Scott to do this at no charge, but he wouldn't charge us for anything. This is customer service!!
