Last year I met Omid when he purchased a house from me. During the time that we were working together he delivered a gift to me, a beautiful necklace and earrings from his jewelry store, which are replicas of Van Cleef and Arpels. I did not want to accept the gift but he insisted. A few months later after the transaction closed I purchased a necklace from him and hoped to continue doing business with his jewelry store. About 5 -6 months ago one of the earring's clasp broke. I contacted him. He said no problem, he would fix it for me. I dropped the earrings off to him. When I followed up with him he at first told me the earring was being repaired, and then as time went on he said that it could not be repaired and he would have to send it back somewhere. This went on for months and he kept telling me it was in customs. Then the truth came out and he began to ignore me. He did not want to return the earrings to me. He said that I could afford to buy them from him, and I did not deserve the gift. I have all his texts which prove that he never planned to repair or return the earrings to me. He even threatened to write a bad review about me as a real estate agent. read more

recently visited MJW and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered knowledgeable recommendations. The selection of jewelry is impressive, I found a stunning piece that I absolutely love! The quality is outstanding, and you can really tell that they source their materials with care. What stood out the most was the personalized service. Been coming to the jewelry district for over 20 years and have had several bad experiences with jewelers. Decided to walk into this boutique and was welcomed with friendly customer service, was amazed by the selection for both men and women.I went in with my husband to look at pendants and walked out with a beautiful diamond pendant not to mention upgraded my wedding band. Which I was amazed with. Can't say enough about this family owned jewelry store. You will not be disappointed. They have gained a lifetime customer. Thank you guys for your amazing work!!! read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars. MJW Jewelers is the spot for diamonds and all your jewelry needs. They are the best and fair humans. I've never been to this professional and friendly jewelry store. I asked them to design a wedding ring with a big diamond for me. The result is just magnificent. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and eye-catching. They know what to do and make everyone happy. My husband bought a wedding ring from them as well. I swear everyone comments on his ring and how artfully it was made. Highly recommend them. You can't find anyone like them lovely, friendly, and professional. They are more like family to everyone than a jeweler. read more

I'm adding a picture of the black Rolex we bought for our son on his birthday. Whenever I've asked him if I can wear it (if he is not going out) I get many nice compliments even though it's a much larger size than a women's Rolex normally would be it still looks great on my wrist. Thinking about getting myself one now in black to match so will have to come visit you guys again soon!!! read more

My husband and I found our Rolex guy! Omid is so trustworthy and kind. He never made us felt pressured in any way, rather made us feel super comfortable with our large purchase. He verified everything was real and really helped us with the process of purchasing our first Rolex! We had so many questions, and he helped answer every single one of it! He went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feeling like family. Also gave us a really great price too. There are so many people selling rolexs at the jewelry district, and he really stood out. We got the submariner and my husband loves it! We will be referring all of our friends here, who wants to purchase one. Totally recommend this place. Can't wait to purchase my Rolex next :) read more

Amazing customer service, omid and his brother are the best people to know for watches. They have so many selections.

Best place for gold chains and interesting pendants in the LA jewelry destrict. After looking around at the different booths in the jewelry district for a while I came across MJW Inc. Their prices were just as competitive as others; however, the chains were heavier and had higher quality finishes (referring to the chain clasps/closures). Overall higher quality items. Went back a second time to pick up a chain as a gift and they even helped me after hours. Great quality, pricing, and customer serivce!! read more

Guys Don't even bother going to anywhere else in DTLA for your jewelry, watches, and bling. Come to this place first and just be very clear and honest what you want and these guys will take care of you and get you the best prices and options! Most of DTLA Jewelry district is sketchy as hell. You feel like you walked into a bad movie where the main character will drink himself to death by the end of the movie. So to avoid all of that drama and nonsense just come see these guys Omid and Iman at MJW. INC They are very knowledgable and professional and offer you great customer service. Theres a reason why these guys have a ton of perfect scores on this Yelp site because they earned it. They really do take care of you and work with you to obtain your objectives. I actually came in for a totally different goal and they showed me much better options and really worked with me in getting the best prices too. Trust me don't even bother wasting your time walking around jewelry district and being disappointed just come straight here and get something better than you thought you were gonna get and for a better price! Heres some other advice for you coming to DTLA Jewelry District if you see some jewelry joints that don't have the buzz me in security button that allows you to enter, then like 90% of those are a total waste of your time! You see right away the quality goes down by miles with those other guys and a lot of just depression and despair as well. When you step into MJW INC you feel like you are in some upscale fancy Manhattan jewelry store without all the stuck up condescending vibe you usually get at those places. Even after your done shopping they offer you a beverage from their fridge located behind them. No other place in DTLA gonna give you free drink! read more

A friend recommended me to this place. I went in on a Saturday morning and spoke to Iman. He was very accommodating, honest and polite. When someone is ready to spend the money on a Rolex, you want to check this place out. You won't feel rushed in anyway and they'll help you narrow down your results if you have a couple of different options you are considering. I went back on Tuesday and got a Brand New 2018 Rolex Datejust 41mm. Very happy with my purchase. read more

Brothers are great people and conduct business in a very professional manner. I recommend them to any future buyers of watches and jewelry.

Omid and his team were very gracious and professional in helping me. There are many jewelers and watch businesses in the downtown area, and I was very happy with my choice. They were fast, courteous, and took great care of my new Oris watch. I needed a repair done and they did it quickly without any hassle.
