Fairway is one of those companies that go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Me and my wife were on the verge of losing our dream house and ernest money after having issues with Navy federal, USAA, and quicken loans. Our realtor Shoy, dug in her pockets of resources for us and pulled out this amazing company. Doug was our first interaction with the company and he assured us that he had made crazier situations work and he is a man of his word. We were back in a corner and Doug pulled us out and came through. Later we were introduced to Sharona who is also amazing and both Doug and Sharona fought extremely hard for us every step of the way. I seriously felt like there only customer through the whole experience not once did they have any delay in communication and they always answered there phones. Doug even gave me his personal cell phone number which is unheard of in this type of industry. I'm not a first time buyer of a home, I own two other properties and I know that i have never had this level of customer service. By far the best lending process I've experienced! Typically, I don't write reviews. Not because I don't want too, but I simply don't always have the time too. However, my experience was so amazing I had to let others know. I recently purchased a home with Mooreteam Mortgage Professionals. My specific lender was Jeremy Puckett and he came highly referred from a trusted friend. I had spoken to two previous lenders and felt like I was being sold on a specific loan type and couldn't get approved for my desired price point. When I spoke with Jeremy, he made the process seem easy and spent the time explaining all the details of the loan process. The team was also very responsive as I went to an open house on the weekend when most professionals were out of the office and I was able to get an updated offer letter to ensure I could submit my offer in a timely fashion. It was only due to the team's quick response that I was able to meet the seller's requirement of providing proof of a pre-approval for 5k over what I was originally approved for. Consequently, my offer was accepted!!! From there, the work from me to close was seamless! Was referred to the Moore team by several people and they are well reviewed from several sources. But I was recently very unsatisfied with their lack of professionalism. They seamed eager to help me find the right loan for me. But after the initial meeting I never heard from them unless I emailed them. They hardly ever answered their phones. All ways a voice mail and it would be days before I heard from them again. Wanted a pre approval to start looking at homes which takes in most cases 15 min but to be fair 24 hours. After 30 days of emailing back and fourth. They still could not tell me anything. Then once a week I'd get an email stating I'm sorry your still waiting a give me some sort of excuse. 45 days after the initial pre-approval application I get a voicemail saying sorry I've been on vacation for a week can you call me back? And you could obviously tell they were calling from their car. Not professional! Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

We really could not be happier with our experience with the Moore Team at Shelter Mortgage. We were able to refinance our house from a 30-year to a 15-year fixed that because of the low rate and removal of PMI knocked about 8 years off and raised our monthly payment by about $50 (but saved us about $20,000 in the long run). We planned to get financing through a big bank but I am so glad our agent encouraged us to reach out to the Mooreteam for a quote as well. They were willing to match the rate of the big bank rate, and it was so much better to have a local person to respond to any questions right away. When we found a place we loved, Mark submitted a personal letter of our mortgage preapproval before our agent even had the offer written up! Once we were under contact, the team scrambled to get us to the closing table in 3 weeks. Of course we were quick in completing our parts of the steps, but they actually had us ready to close even well before that tight deadline. They made a stressful time really easy and kept us aware of every step and update in the process. Every time we had a question it was so easy to get it answered ASAP via phone or email and they even came to our closing!
