At 33,000 there is less than an 1/8" tread left so I contacted them and they said to bring the car in. Mark checked the alignment and it was fine and couldn't explain why they wore so quickly. Discount Tire or Pep boys without question would prorate a new set of tires and discount them to keep your business. Mind you the car was taken back to A & A Tire / Goodyear every 5,000mi for tire rotation and oil change. I dealt with Mark and he said he would look in to it. He showed in the system when the $800.00 set of tires were purchased and the dates when were rotated and balanced and then asked me if I had the receipts. I explained that I had my credit card statement when I bought them but no receipts when they were rotated. He told he would check with the factory to see what he could do but he really need the receipts ALTHOUGH he had everything in his system. He said he would call me back but I never heard back so I called him and he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do unless I had the receipts. I got the impression that I was bothering him because of his attitude . Not having the paper receipts was just a way to get out covering the warranty on the tires he sold although he showed everything in the computer. When your supposed to be in computer one wouldn't think they would have to keep receipts. You don't have to do with other reputable tire companies. I'm VERY disappointed with their customer service I received and their unwillingness to help.Their word and what they supposedly means absolutely nothing.

My car wouldn't recalibrate for my manufacturer's donut. I googled and noticed there was Tires Plus near the Stonecrest Mall area. I was able to make an appointment more quickly than expected and also be seen earlier than anticipated on the day of. I ordered a tire for $88 from Amazon and brought it to the shop because they didn't have my exact tire brand to match the 3 others. The manager was wonderful. He was transparent about the possibility that I may have to purchase 4 tires if the system rejects the $88 new tire because of the AWD. I knew there was a strong possibility he was right since I had issues with the donut. To make a long story short, I asked the manager for a quote for the new tires in the event I needed them. He found a reasonable price for a set if needed. However, I didn't need it. Thank God for honest people. They didn't scam me, and I was able to get my $88 tire mounted, and the system didn't reject it. I also upgraded to a lifetime wheel alignment. The service was under $300.
