I had to ask where to go look for our materials. We were sent upstairs. After wondering around and few minutes, also not greeted by any of the 4 men sitting behind the counter, I had to ask who was available to help. None of them were doing anything except talking to one another. They looked at each other and finally after a strange pause a very put off young man asked what we wanted....how does this place stay in business?? As a customer I should not feel like I'm an inconvenience to someone who is getting paid to help me right? I'm so glad our contractor has to deal with this. We will never step foot in this business again. I will drive down the road and patronize another business. What a shame!!

If there has ever been an issue with the tile or materials they have always bent over backwards to fix the problem and make me and/or my customer happy. They have super knowledgeable staff that "know" tile. They don't carry junk so expect to pay a little more than the big box stores, but the real costs in tile installation is the labor.
