Tasting room and garden what an amazing selection and great hospitality from Don and Haley!

What a wonderful spot to sip some wine, learn about grapes and enjoy the day. This wine is top shelf please check it out if you're in the area it's worth a stop.

The owner was pleasant and informative about the wines she had available to taste. You can sample two wines for $5 and that goes towards the wine if you purchase a bottle. I ended up with six after a couple samples. The Sauvignon blanc was a favorite, so light, refreshing and crispy which is perfect for summer weather. Cute outside area that's roped off with shade and tables to sit and enjoy your wines.

Small tasting room with a big selection of wines to taste. I tried 6 different wines for $15 and they all tasted wonderful. I, however, am not a wine connoisseur by any means. I just enjoy a good tasting for a decent price. The woman who was working was the owner I believe and she was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us lots of advice about wedding venues in the area after we asked. If you're in Trinidad and like wine, definitely stop by for a tasting or a glass. You can't go wrong with any of the wines - white, red, or rosé.

Lucky for us, this tasting room stays open until 6PM on Sundays. We'd finished our last hike for the weekend. Before heading home several hours of driving away, we were able to indulge ourselves and stop by this tasting room to try the extensive varietals that they have. The winemaker obviously has a passion for the wines that he makes: It shows in the quality of his product! He finds his grapes from different vineyards around California. So, you'll find wines crafted from grapes grown in Mendocino, Amador, Alexander Valley, and other familiar places. I enjoyed many of the wines that they had, but I especially liked the Bordeaux red blend and the Tuscan red blend. They also have 2 ports: a lighter version and a "full flavored" version made of a blend of petit syrah and zinfandel. The tasting room is sort of "inset" in the middle of the block. We saw a sign attached to the windshield of a car parked in the street. A useful landmark is the Trinidad Bay Eatery, a restaurant located across the street from the tasting room. [The tasting room charges a small fee for tasting a flight of their wines, but if you buy a bottle per person, they'll waive it.]

What a lovely winery. Dog friendly. Live music on Sunday. Friendly staff and clientele. And a wonderful, well-priced rose. Highly recommend.

Hostess and owner both there. It is a true gem to taste some wines sourced from many places in CA and made with dedication. Cozy

Very friendly staff, great service, and affordable. That said, wines are mostly mediocre. Cab Franc 2015 is excellent.

Off the local country road…read morebetween the town of Lewiston and Hwy 299 towards Weaverville, you will find a small winery in a small home with a lovely garden area to welcome you in. The wife/owner was a lovely woman served our tasting. The tasting room was a combination of vintage, wine and craft gift shop with a wonderful tasting bar to sample the wines. We tried the Chardonnay, Rose', Merlot, and Harvest Rogue. The tasting is $5 a person and is waived with purchase. Each wine was wonderful and we bought one bottle of each! Their wines were reasonably priced around $20. Also, we called the day before to see if they were open. There was no answer and 20 minutes later we received a call back, from Ernie asking what they could do for us! Also my son made friends with their sweet doggie!

We tried the the Chardonnay, Rose', Red Blend, Merlot, and late harvest red. All very well made. Wine maker Ernie knows what he is doing, and the delightfully affable wine pourer Crystal provides the finishing touch for an enjoyable wine tasting experience. The grounds surrounding the tasting room are green and colorful and very well kept. They're a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a picnic with a bottle of wine. The Pinot Gris and Cab Sauv weren't ready on the day we tasted, so we'll be coming back soon! Tasting fee is $5, which is waived with a purchase of two very reasonably priced wines.
