    Taster

Definitely worth a stop to relax for a bit. Plenty of seats and large space, loved the branding and murals in the space. Got the taster, you pay by your pick so around 10-14$ depending on what you get. Something for everyone there if you like a more sweet taste or more traditional apple taste. Poke truck out front we didn't try but maybe next time. Clean gender neutral bathrooms as well.

I don't want to seem like a fan girl BUT as a lover of this cider it was the absolutely highlight of my visit from the Central Valley. The taproom is covered with the same beautiful hand painted art from the cans and is open and warm. The staff was awesome; Madison had such amazing energy and was very knowledgeable when helping me select my tasting flight. I can't wait to come back and bring my fellow cider lovers and friends. O ly downside is the close at 9pm, I could have dangerously stayed here alllllll night.

We had a great time trying a flight of all the 10 delicious ciders at Humboldt Cider Company! It was $21 for the huge flight, and just $1 for a bag of fancy kettle cooked potato chips for helping to cut the sweetness. The man helping us was really nice and friendly, the music was great, and it was very pleasant to enjoy our cider out in the sunny backyard. All the ciders were really good, but my very favorites were Friends with Benefits (hoppy), Chocolate Cherry (with Dick Taylor's chocolate), Passion of the Fruit (passion fruit) and Honey (like mead).

When I visited the Arcata/Eureka area for vacation two years ago - I visited Humboldt Cider Company for a tasting - at their downtown Eureka tasting room. This time I wanted to experience the "other" location. I had a bit of trouble finding it - it's not immediately obvious where it is - even though the GPS got me close. It is indeed in a small business outside a race track. I sat at the bar and ordered a tasting flight of 5 ciders, then after I had completed that, I ordered a stand alone taster of their Imperial Blueberry cider. My tasting flight consisted of: Humboldt Blend (6.9% ABV) (4 stars on Untappd) Jonathan (6.9% ABV) (3.5 star on Untappd) Gravenstein (6.5% ABV) (3.75 stars on Untappd) Drysdale (6.9% ABV) (3.75 stars on Untappd) Empty Barrels, Broken Hearts (9.9% ABV) (2.25 stars on Untappd) Imperial Blueberry (11.5% ABV) (4 stars on Untappd) As usual their ciders span a wide range of cider styles - from sweet to very dry and tart. I prefer the drier, tarter ciders. But all of them were well craft and well executed! The Imperial Blueberry is rich and boozy! Yummo! The two young ladies serving cider at the bar were very friendly and personable. I had nice conversations with them, as well as with the married couple sitting next to me at the bar. The Men's restroom has this really cool sink - that looks like a small cider barrel with part of it cut away. Check out Humboldt Cider Company! #HumboltCiderCompany

    Flight of Ciders.

We are on road trip coming from Redding and we just felt like something light. I'm not a big fan of ciders, but I can say these were amazing. Each cider owed up to their names and descriptions. Great spot for some refreshing ciders! Place was inviting and friendly. We bought some to go. A growler (super cute) with Friends with Benefits and cans of Cherry and Honey and Swipe Right which is Honey with Cherry. Flight of Ciders; Honey, Cherry, Friends with Benefits, Passion of the Fruit and Blueberry. Favorite one was Honey!

A full flight in their cider garden

My first time at a cidery and it was a great experience! Humboldt Cider Co is a small location with a very inviting outdoor cider garden, complete with colorful chairs me dangling lights. Service was friendly and we shared a full flight (10 tasters for $19) between 2 of us. It was plenty. I enjoyed most of their offerings. Very refreshing. I definitely recommend this place! I added it to my top things to do in Humboldt County on my blog post about Humboldt even.

    Kombucha. Give it a try.

Amazing tap room, bar bites, and service! This is a hidden little gem in Eureka that should not be missed if you like hard cider (even just a little bit!). When I was there, they had 18 ciders on tap as well as 2 kombucha and several beers-- so bring your whole crew because there is something for everyone. The ciders go from your typical sweet to the most complex dry cider you will taste. The barrel aged ciders are interesting and refreshing (and warm you up a bit in the fog of the day!). Passion of the Fruit was one of my favorites-- a little dry and a little sour and not so sweet. The server was extremely helpful in making suggestions on what to order based on my taste preferences. I even tried the kombucha (I was hesitant) and it was surprisingly amazing. The decor is awesome. This was one of my favorite stops on my coastal trip from CA to OR.

    Cider Collage...enjoy!

Loved this place! Went mid-day and Server was friendly and knowledgeable. A little late for the bagel place around the corner (server recommended ordering the bagels in advance...but we were passing through and were clueless how popular the bagel place was). We had our own snacks and she welcomed us to chow on them as we sipped on a two full flights. Wow... delicious and she helped describe the different flavors and was spot on! We visited a few breweries on our Oregon road trip, but we got our best buzz here at Humboldt Cider. Our teenage son, although he couldn't drink, but the place was pretty cool and mellow. We will drop by when we passed through again! A gem of a place!

Knowledgeable servers who made great recommendations. Cool atmosphere, enough space for a group of 6-10.

Best cider in America. Especially love the cherry. Only problem is it's in such a remote community, but, that's part of the charm.

The cider is tasty, but the server was so rude, I lost interest and walked out after 5 minutes this time--didn't even order.
