The staff allowed me to take photos of the bikes for my Momma who had dementia. After a few photos, I decided to get Momma and let her see the bikes in person. She had a blast. Not only was he patient with me and didn't complain about me leaving it there for months on end, he also built a killer bike for the track. Took my Polaris 570 sportsman in to be serviced and have the battery replaced. The dash was…read moreflashing and the vehicle did not hold a charge. Over $1500 later, they replaced the dash assembly and the brake pressure switch. They stated they checked the voltage regulator and stator assembly and they were both good. I road it briefly two times within their warranty period of 30 days before it gave out on me. The voltage was reading over 15 V while at idle and over 16 V while running. Now it runs for a few minutes before it dies. In short, I feel the mechanics did a subpar job because the machine clearly had a faulty voltage regulator, which needed to be replaced. Not gonna waste any more money with these guys for a diagnostic, questionable service, and a lousy warranty.

And it's true, they dropped what they was working on and drove up to get my bike. They repaired my bike that day and dropped it back off to my work 45 miles away from his shop. It didn't take him long to make repairs, price was extremely good and more than fair. The best thing I can say about this business is the customer service is phenomenal. What company do you know that picks up and drops off your bike miles away from there shop? None except for this company. Highly recommend for any and all repairs, big or small.
