I Agree with Al, all bad. it started with the Phone call , the lady MAY ANSWERS, "HI RELAX!" in the such rudest tone. I understand that in Asia your tone shows authority but Honey you wonder why you guys ain't getting no Business because you treated some of us from Curves so Rude. Anyways, then she hands the phone to her daughter who was so sweet and easy to understand, very professional compared to her mom.
Then i get there and the front is a mess as in where furniture is. May's desk is so sloppy the signs are poorly made like Al said paper and tape. BUT MAY COMES OUT, as a former worker for a business firm and now a business inspector which they didn't know., she shouldn't be working a front desk receptionist . she can barely speak english, i didn't know what she was saying. and no offence but if you are going to work a position where you represent the company where people walk in and see your face. at least put on some make up or try to look descent , she looks like shes just woke up and doesn't know what a mirror is. then she talked and she had gum in her mouth but her breath still was raunchy. Business 101 presentation is key. i mean take pointers from your daughter or other sucessful businesses .
The presentation of the whole building was horrible.the whole wall wasn't painted , my 5 year old can do better. went to use there restroom to inspect the back room. the backroom was unorganized and like the whole building smelt funny. then the bathroom was filthy . trash was overflowing cheap doer store toilet paper , no hot water and it smelt like piss and old lady. the pictures are a little to much of the same thing and you get a head ache from all the colors but the giant feet picture is disgusting. ac filter smells like its dirty i could feel my throat tingling and it was too cold . Don't they know that its not good for your joints that it is too cold? SMELT BAD LIKE SOMETHING AND OLD LADY FART which i bet May was farting cause she was laying down not to far from us. Horrible.THEN the owner comes in speaking really loud so i think he brings the other workers outside and there voices magnify 10x! i couldn't relax.
SERVICE- the 4 times I have been there i tried all of the masseuses.
they were good except May but i had some bad reactions this last time i went and developed a big rash on my legs ,if it happens again i may take legal action, my friends got rashes and one got ringworm from the chair. massage wise
Sam-he is the best but sometimes too hard
Daughter- she is really good but May never gives her customers which sucks because she is all around good and can speak English
May- horrible she doesn't know what she is doing pus her breath stinks and i swear she farts a lot.
new guy i didn't go to him my friend said he is too strong, which i will cover .
overall it was bad customer service but a great massage but under complaints i will list something important.
complaints- Customer service especially May , in the beginning we would refer a lot of people but as we all tried it which we liked the Ladies at Curves disliked May's professionalism. the building is horrible i think I'm going to have a inspector go in .May thinks she knows everything like Al said,every time i go like all of the workers come out and surround me like they are going to rob me or something.i noticed on the walls that there are only 3 certified workers . so my friend asked one of the masseuses if he has a green card and he said NO. I'm sure if he spoke English he would understand the importance of not giving that info to me, but after that night i was done. ILLEGAL WORKERS! THE ONLY ONE WHO I THINK IS LEGAL IS THE DAUGHTER WHO OBVIOUSLY CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING.
BUT that's not all, the workers need to learn English but what i saw when i left that evening after i got a ice cream was the owner paying all the workers behind the counter on a regular day of the week not a pay day. i saw it through the window. they are paying them under the table! me and my team have been sending other inspectors to try there service and look at everything. so far my friends had bruise, i had rashes and my friend had ringworm, its gross .
there business professionalism is bad, they violate a ton of building codes as well labor laws working them 7 days a week paying them who knows what. every time my boss calls to talk to the manger about coming to inspect and bring in a lawyer to look at there books they either hang up or MAY says he is not here [which he was one time i was getting a massage when he called] or he doesn't speak English. honey that's a bad excuse.
