Our cocktail hour included the mini-italian meatballs, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, Mac & Cheese 'Tini, and a large charcuterie board. For the entrees we selected the garden salad, bread rolls, caprese chicken, pork tenderloin with chasseur, stuffed acorn squash, harvest vegetables, tri-color roasted potatoes. For dessert we had the berry pana cotta, milk chocolate truffle, and our wedding cake. The big talk about our wedding was how wonderful the food was and how much there was! We were repeatedly told that the food was the BEST they had ever had and my husband and I completely agree! Everyone at Vibrant Occasions was a pleasure to work with! Lori couldn't be there so her business partner had the task alone with no other helpers. She did great under those circumstances, with one huge exception: we paid an additional $350 for cleanup after the wedding which didn't happen, and we have not received a refund or even a response to several communications. I went solely on phone conversations and text messages which do bear out the additional money. I would warn to beware and get a signed contract just in case.
