The place was packed wall-to-wall, so service took a little while, but it was worth every second of the wait. Honestly, when a restaurant is this busy on a Sunday night before Memorial Day, that usually tells you everything you need to know. Also worth mentioning: I ordered a "small" side salad... which arrived in what appeared to be a family-sized serving bowl. My mom and I ended up splitting it because apparently Rocky's definition of "small" is "feed a softball team." Prices were shockingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. This place is a true Hot Springs institution right across from Oaklawn, and if you've never been, you absolutely need to go. It completely lives up to the nostalgia and hype. And a special shoutout to Jamie the bartender -- infectious smile, bobbing her head to the music while pouring drinks, and bringing such a fun, welcoming energy to the whole place.
