The wait staff is over loaded with tables and running to meet all the demands. However they stay cool and calm. The restaurant is always clean and the rest rooms are always clean. Tables are never left with dirty dishes on them, I would say I have never seen a cleaner restaurant. It was a nice change of atmosphere after having spent a couple hours in gray, dust-brown troughs of mud and gravel, shoveling piles of rocks into a bucket to be washed in a vat of murky gritty water. Some reviewers have said the salsa was just plain tomatoey, but I really liked it -- it had some light heat and is similar to what I've had at many Arizona Sonoran-style Mexican restaurants.
