First let's start off with saying that this is a food truck in a food truck yard and there's outdoor seating ONLY. We came and order some dinners with some friends and we noticed that the line wasn't very long so we didn't anticipate a very long wait. But it was also 20 degrees at night so we decided to wait in the car. He told us he will call us when the food is ready or text us. So..... One hour and 30 minutes goes by... and NO FOOD. We kept checking in and he kept giving us the runaround and he won't give us a refund so we kept waiting... but we were very frustrated and "hangry" at this point. When we finally got the food we found out that he gave our food to someone else. We figured it out. Because he messed up our phone number. There is only ONE person working. But to focus back on the food. I really don't know what the hype is because the food tasted super salty and it wasn't delicious at all. It wasn't really hibachi it was more like fried rice cooked with some vegetables in teriyaki seasoning with meat. I was so sad and hungry. Please don't waste your money if you're expecting a authentic hibachi experience or taste. Or even just delicious food.

I should have considered that we were the only people in line at 12:00 pm. My bad Wife and I ordered 3 tacos and 1 chorizo potato taco/burrito. While we felt the price was reasonable the food was, quite frankly, the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Soggy taco shells , the meat, chorizo and potatoes had a funk to them. I stopped eating. So in the famous words of Joe Biden; "Don't! Just don't."

I ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla and let me just say: WOW. I think I saw a flash of light and heard angels singing after the first bite. It was that good. Juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken hugged lovingly by a crispy, golden tortilla--like a warm, cheesy embrace from the culinary gods. Pro tip: don't skip the onions and cilantro. I know some people are anti-onion or think cilantro tastes like soap (looking at you, genetics), but trust me, in this quesadilla, it just works. It's like the Holy Trinity of toppings. Now, let's talk about the guacamole sauce. First off, who knew guac could have a spicy alter ego? It's creamy, zesty, and has just the right amount of kick to wake up your taste buds and make you question every boring guac you've ever had before. It's the kind of spicy that doesn't hurt you--it flirts with you. Bold, mysterious, a little dangerous, but you keep going back for more. I came here hungry and left in a committed relationship with that quesadilla. 10/10 would recommend. Honestly, if you don't like this place, I'm not sure we can be friends.

In my honest opinion they make the best hamburgers of any restaurant in the area. I don't know if you would really call the place a restaurant, it is really a food truck with an eating area attached to it. I'm not going to say that is the best "value" for a great hamburger, but, to my knowledge, it is definitely the BEST tasting hamburger you can get around here. I don't add the bacon or cheese because it costs a lot in my opinion. I think the burger is about 8 or 9 dollars to start with, adding cheese or bacon costs extra and the burger is already pretty pricey in my opinion. Having said that, the burger is definitely delicious. If it weren't for the prices I would have given it five starts even though it is not really a "restaurant". They have items besides burgers and they serve breakfast as well. If the other items taste as good as the burgers you will be pleased. Just realize it is pretty pricey for a "food truck". If you are heading to Hot Springs Village from Hot Springs via HWY 5, the place is just before the round'a'bout' where you can go north on HWY 7 toward the West Gate of Hot Springs Village. It is close to a Sonic.

Today I tried the chicken and medium steak hibachi combo. All hibachi orders come with vegetables and fried rice which is already a good deal. Most places it's additional $2 or more for friends rice. My order was ready in less than 10 mins. I was like WHOA! Now that's service!! Haha! I came home sat down and ate my order. Didn't feel like sitting out there next to the food truck to eat my food. Parking wasn't paved and every car that leaves or enters makes a dust storm! Gross! Not my ideal place to eat. Food was flavorful. My friends were right. These guys are fast, delicious and affordable. They even put in extra soy sauce and spicy mayo sauce in case you want to add more flavor to it. Aside from the parking and unpaved road with the dust storm, the reason for my rating (4/5 stars) is because my fried rice was a little undercooked!! I'm just hoping that I only got a bad batch. I wish they put a little more water in the rice or left it in the steamer a little longer before making it into a fried rice. It was flavorful but was just undercook. It was still a little hard when I was chewing on it. Next time I come here and have the same problem then I will let them know that the rice is undercooked.
