Jason took care of me yesterday and he was amazing! He massaged my legs for what felt like 15 minutes during my pedicure! It was so relaxing. THEN.......when he walked me over to the drying station he brought over a hot towel, put it in a plastic bag placed it on my upper back and massaged me with it. THEN....put lotion on my shoulders (he asked first) then massaged my upper back and arms. This was better than any massage I have ever had. They have a huge nail polish selection! They also have a loyalty card. Be sure to bring cash for a tip because you cannot add it on your card. If you forget they have an ATM in the place with only a 49 cent fee. Thank you Heaven for great customer service!!!! I will be a customer forever!

Omg I loooove this place! I just had a manicure and a pedicure with Michelle and it was amazing!…read more The place is very clean! They have many Covid precautions. They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted. For a mani/and deluxe pedi it was $69 with tax. Really a good deal. I will definitely be back to see Michelle again, this is definitely my new nail salon.

I go to a place in East Hampton now that costs about the same for a gel pedicures and with just a "classic" (no frills) service, they INCLUDE a 5 minute massage of each leg (set a timer and show you) and you get the exfoliating as well as some lotion- you feel like a million bucks after (or a billion, with inflation these days)... Nail House doesn't seem "worth it" anymore by comparison. With that being said, its conveniently located (not the most ideal parking lot) and is very clean, friendly and accommodating.
