I honestly don't know if I would even call what I received a massage. It felt more like lotion being rubbed all over my body with occasional tapping just to pass the time. There was very little actual massage technique or pressure. I even mentioned my concern during the session but the response was that I needed to "relax my body." I get massages at least 3 times a month so I'm very familiar with what a good massage feels like. This was not it. I gave this establishment another opportunity after my previous disappointing experience because I believe in second chances, but I definitely won't be returning again. For only about $5 more, I've had significantly better experiences at Cloud 9 and Elegant Massage nearby. The difference in quality is unbelievable. If Yelp allowed 0-1/2 a star, that's what I would give this experience. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I rarely say this, but I genuinely would not recommend this place at ALL! It's pretty horrible.

Here you lie down on a massage table and they wash your hair and give you a scalp massage with some face and neck for about 45 min. They shampoo and condition you twice, then dry and comb your hair. The best part is that they then remove the hair wash sink and you flip over for a full back and shoulder massage for the last 15 min. I think this is better than the typical $100+ head spa service. The comb, hair dryer, table and sink were all very clean and I left feeling super relaxed. There's also an option to do a 30 min foot massage along with this head spa service which I thought was cool. I will be back!
