The loaded Mac and cheese....well a lot of the Mac was burnt onto the plate. Other than that, the chicken was tasty and the cheese and jalapeños combined with the chicken can't go wrong. Just wish there was more macaroni that wasn't burnt. The employee Cohen was very nice. Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5. Jucy's Hamburgers got their start in Longview and eventually came to Tyler. The 5th Street location is the OG of Tyler and has been slinging burgers for as long as I can remember. I have quite a few memories of their location on Old Jacksonville, but upon revisiting Tyler, I had to stop at the 5th Street location. Upon walking in, it has been remodeled quite a bit making it a little more modern and similar in style to the other locations in Tyler. You order at the counter where you can get your burgers, sides, and more before getting a buzzer for when your food is ready. As they cook your burger (or whatever you ordered), you are free to get your free cup of their incredible beans. I took a picture of my girlfriend with her beans to send to my parents, that's how culturally important it is to us. That's course one. 10 minutes later, your buzzer rings and you're given a tray with a glorious burger and whatever delectable sides you decided to grab. Their onion rings are always a must. This time around, at the suggestion of my girlfriend, I also got an order of their Fried Green Tomatoes. Something I have never ordered before, but really enjoyed. It's greasy, it's deep fried, and it's incredible. The burger is as good as I remember. That's course two. As you sit there, trying to decide if housing that burger and cruising through all those onion rings was a good idea, you decide to get another cup of beans for dessert. The bacon inside them is subtle but always appreciated. They have a little heat and a little sweetness. They're a true delight and one of the best individual items you can get at any establishment in East Texas. That's course three. The 5th Street location is still as good as ever. There is just a consistent quality about their food that other places in Tyler lack. Wingstop will have my business from now on, even for tenders. It'll take a Christmas miracle for me to ever come back or stop talking about this experience.

The store wasn't overly busy as I saw only 1 other dine-in customer the entire time I was there. There were several employees just standing around joking. Eventually, I went up to the counter to ask about the status of my food and I was told they gave it away to another customer by mistake and would have to remake it. I was on my lunch break and was running out of time so I asked the employees if they could be quick. As I was standing by the counter, I looked into the kitchen and saw multiple employees pointing to the grill and laughing at something that was being cooked. I then saw one of these employees gesture toward me and say in a sinister voice, "This is fixing to be the most juiciest, tastiest burger he's ever had.. we're making it with love". When he saw I was looking and heard what he said, he looked scared like he had been caught doing something wrong. At this point, there as no way I was eating anything they made. I asked for a refund and left. It's a sad world where a restaurant employee can be the one who makes the mistake of giving away my order but I have to be afraid of something nefarious being done to my food.
