My boyfriend and I visited this spot on a Sunday and it's a really hip spot. The set up is so cute and everything has cow prints on it. The staff was so friendly and patient. Super impressed with this little shop! I've been looking for more boba places in the area and I'm so glad I gave this one a try. I ordered the cow sized coconut milk tea with boba 1/2 sweet because I tend to like my drinks on the less sweet side and it was perfect! My fiancé ordered the bull sized Thai tea frappe and it was also very tasty. We were shocked at how big the bull size was! It's huge! We also shared the Korean fries and ordered them mild. So delicious. We're gonna try medium or hot next time for sure. The only "negatives" to this shop are that there's a strong and strange smell when you first walk in... but we got used to it and barely noticed it after a while. It's also a little warm inside and we went around 8:30-9:00 at night. Other than that, super cute and yummy place! read more

Unique type of Korean Kimchi Fries. The popcorn chicken went very well with the fries. Highly recommend Half & Half mix of the two. Hard working, and friendly staff with great music taste. I would go here just for the music and food. Decently clean location and very adorable decorations. read more

This place is a hodgepodge of all the snacks and drinks that are trending right now in Bellaire. Like the cotton candy/ fairy floss drinks and Nu Cafe shaved ice. They also have savory snacks that look pretty tasty. The decor of this cafe is pretty cute. Toppings are an additional 60 cents. Two drink sizes, the bigger one (Bull) is like a McDonalds large drink. I usually go to I Heart Boba bc I'm a regular there so I want to keep my streak for that free drink. However, I've been getting kind of tired of their slim variety of milk tea. I've been waiting for them to have lavender or rose milk tea for years now. Looked up Moo Moo Cafe's menu on yelp and lo and behold, they offered both of my favorites. Lavender and Rose MT can be overly sweet bc of the simple sugar & flavored syrup, but this place only uses the flavored syrup to sweeten the tea. I was 90% sure I wasn't going to be pleased with my drink when it was being made bc I was scared it was going to be too sweet. I told the girl that I don't like things too sweet and she reassured me she'll adjust it so you can still taste the lavender and it won't be too sweet. And.... she made it perfect! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and you can still taste the purity of the tea. Some places' MT can taste like creamer or just milk and you can't taste the tea flavor. My order was a bull size - lavender MT made with green tea, 50% sweet & egg pudding. Racked up to a bit over $6.00 :( Only complaint is the lavender buds at the bottom of the drink, I'm not sure if this was an accident or by choice. When I drank my egg pudding with my drink, I had to spit out the lavender buds each time. Usually the the other places sift it out so I was just a bit confused. First time here and I'll definitely be back! Was kindly greeted upon approaching the register and was told to take my time while browsing through the menu, which I appreciated -- the menu is quite extensive! Ordered the Affogato (Ice Cream) Coffee 4.5/5 Initially, the taste was a bit weak, but as the ice cream melted and I stirred it with the rest of the drink, it was yummy! I prefer a stronger coffee flavor though. Music volume is a bit loud, but I was happy to hear kpop and Japanese music playing. While I was there I heard songs from IU, Big Bang, EXO, and Lee Hi. Restroom is a single stall and well-kept! It's also in theme with the rest of the establishment, which I enjoy. read more

It's my first time here in Moo House Cafe, and I'd say their Vanilla Milk Tea was delicious! The only thing is that, I didn't taste so much vanilla that it tasted like a regular milk tea. I paid a couple of extra cents for the flavor, but didn't see a huge difference. Anyway, it was yummy! Their boba balls, however, were still hard, and I don't think it was cooked well through. I've seen some reviews about their boba balls having the same issue, but I went and tried it anyway. I will definitely come back for their milk tea, that's for sure. Awesome little spot off stuebner airline close to Klein Highschool Great ambiance, excellent helpful staff, and high quality refreshing drinks, prepared with the care and pride the way only a family owned business can. There's a huge drink menu, coffee drinks, milkshakes, etc. They also serve some food items, check out their menu. My son had a strawberry milkshake and I'm having a Cafe Sada. Very cute atmosphere. Staff were very attentive to our group of 2 moms and 6 kiddos (16-2yo). They have games for all ages and coloring for the kiddos... great place to kill time. We enjoyed the kimchi fries, korean popcorn chicken and korean style hotdog. My 9 yo son loves all things cows and was totally in heaven here. He even bought their hat with his own money! Only complaint, it was a bit warm when we were there, maybe becuz it was 2-3pm and they didn't expect many customers.... but we will definitely be back even tho it's far for us. This place used to be so busy but now it's like a ghost town. Service is so bad and drinks are ok. Workers are in the back playing around and give very little attention to customers when it's just me and my boyfriend in the shop. They also don't use accurate measurements and eyeball syrup into drinks. I would understand if it was busy and they have to be quick with the drinks but this is just straight up laziness. Went for the second time in the last week and a half and will definitely say this might just be my next favorite spot The employees are absolutely the sweetest & are amazing to come in contact with. I'd recommend this place to anyone. I tried the Classic Elotes but will say that's it's okay. I think they should add a lime for taste. At first, I ordered my drink, moonlight, it tasted bland almost like water. I was too scared to tell them and just continued to drink it until my friend decided to tell them. All my friend had said was it needed more sugar, but the worker was kind enough to let us choose another drink from the menu to replace it. She was so nice. I ended up letting her choose my drink because i didn't know what to get. After she made it, she even let me test it first in case I didn't like it. The drink was good in he end. Only giving the extra stars because the drinks here are actually good, but they always seem short-staffed. This girl is definitely new. I've been sitting here for 30+ minutes now waiting on 2 drinks. I'm thinking to myself, surely even though 6 people were ahead of me, it doesn't take 30 minutes to make 6 drinks. Well apparently it does if you're going ticket by ticket. Tip for next time, make everyone's drinks first before dishing out food. It's more efficient. People can get their drinks and then you can make all the food last, that way people like me with just 2 drinks don't SIT HERE ON THEIR LUNCH waiting. That, or hire more than one person to work. It's no surprise that 12-2 is going to be the lunch rush. Left fuming. Guess I'll scarf my food down in my 15 minutes left of lunch. This shop is so cute! I love all of the cow themed decor and the cute hats that the employees wear. My boyfriend and I went here so he could get the chicken nugget and fries half and half, and a yogurt slush. I probably drank more of the slush than him, it was so good!
