If I'd known that I would have bought a new one. Well, instead of verifying it was working she said just wait an hour and turn on the unit. No hot water. I ordered a nice Rheem unit and the technician showed me that the ball valve on the cold water line (fill water) was closed! She should have known it was broken. The handle had no resistance. They need to send out a trainer with inexperienced techs and they should verify the unit is working before they leave.

"RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENTS"…read more.. Response from owner was false in its statements and she's never attempted to contact me. Take a look at the estimate we were given and it was clear this job was way over estimated ($1400 with a clear statement that more expenses could be incurred plus needing to purchase a new fixture vs. the $250 we paid and no need for a new fixture!!! It wasn't that the service manager was on vacation when I called to complain the last time. The person who I talked to simply said that I would need to talk with another person on Monday and didn't even offer to take a message. That also doesn't explain the 3 times my wife reached out to seek an estimate after being told she'd receive one. Or my additional call I made in frustration to let R. Acres Plumbing know that I'd engaged another plumber due to their lack of responsiveness. CASTLE PLUMBING WAS WONDERFUL AND I'LL USE THEM FROM NOW ON. Oh, and I would have provided a positive review for previous visits from R. Acres IF I'D FELT THAT THE SERVICE WAS GOOD! Good luck with that service model! Last response: So it's clear that service is very important to your organization. That would explain the automated response to my follow up comments that said the exact same comment. CAN YOU SAY "CANNED RESPONSE" and "Mailing it in" ????
