Avoid. Received a…read morequote to install a backflow preventer to Naples city code. Paid in full immediately upon install and asked if they'd cover any problems if it didn't pass the inspection. They said "you're family now!" And that it would all be covered. Failed inspection. Suddenly they wanted more money to fix it. They fixed the first error after more than a week delay, but failed a 2nd inspection!! ... because ... wait for it ... they reinstalled the backflow backwards!!! Had to come out to fix their 2nd totally incompetent mistake. I had been willing to accept that mistakes happen and not leave a review along with giving them the extra money for their time, but they went too far when they immediately sent the bill (for what they had promised to cover) that was marked Past Due the day they issued it. I was traveling and texted to let them know I'd pay once it was confirmed to pass inspection and I had a chance to make sure it was functioning (about a week).
