If I'd known that I would have bought a new one. Well, instead of verifying it was working she said just wait an hour and turn on the unit. No hot water. I ordered a nice Rheem unit and the technician showed me that the ball valve on the cold water line (fill water) was closed! She should have known it was broken. The handle had no resistance. They need to send out a trainer with inexperienced techs and they should verify the unit is working before they leave.

The person who I talked to simply said that I would need to talk with another person on Monday and didn't even offer to take a message. That also doesn't explain the 3 times my wife reached out to seek an estimate after being told she'd receive one. Or my additional call I made in frustration to let R. Acres Plumbing know that I'd engaged another plumber due to their lack of responsiveness. CASTLE PLUMBING WAS WONDERFUL AND I'LL USE THEM FROM NOW ON.
