Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage.
