The truck didn't show up. Dee spent hours tracking down the supervisor, wasn't satisifed with what she heard, and then, though it was my job to arrange a new delivery, quickly rerouted the shipment to Pitt Ohio herself and got it quickly picked up and on its way to me. Not Y&Q they had no regard for our safety. I chalked that up to a bad experience and decided to give them a second chance. They were recommended by a friend. I call to see if we could actually set up an appointment. The lady who answered was super hard to understand and not helpful at all. She was super dismissive. They may be cheap, but they sure are not easy to work with.
