However, there was no communication prior to this and I had no idea where pickup would be. I got my bags and was ready to go at 5am, however still had not heard from the driver so I called the number on their site multiple times with no answer. I was exhausted after an 8 hour red eye and just wanted to be home and was anxious upon arrival when it appeared they did not show. I called an uber around 5:40 and was on my way when the company finally called to inform me they gave the driver the wrong number. Overall communication was horrible, and the only compensation I was offered was a refund of my cancellation fee I paid for the uber (which I only called after 40 minutes when they failed to communicate) an a "so sorry!". I don't plan to use the service again after the poor service and communication from the business.
