While the plane and flight were OK, the pilots were the most rude and unfriendly pilots we have ever encountered. Because of that, we will never fly Club Jet ever again and recommend that anyone spending good money on a chartered plane look elsewhere. When chartering a private jet, you should be treated in a friendly manner and with respect. Clearly, they don't train their pilots and shouldn't be in this business.

The pickup from our flight at return was effortless as well. They knew our flight number and texted us when the plane landed. There was a delay with the plane coming into the gate but we eventually got off, got our bags, and met the driver who described their vehicle making pick up easy. Excellent service and polite staff. We'll use them again.
