The officer who came to drop us off at a safe location coincidentally saw a stranded big rig and had to stop to assist as well. Which was lucky for us as the tow company we had found canceled on us. The officer asked if he could help us locate a tow and sent us to Farneys to get the tire replaced. They were incredibly nice and professional! They were able to quickly patch the tire and they did not want to sell us a tire that we didn't need. Honest, hardworking, and decent folks. We appreciated them so much! My wife said they had the cleanest bathroom she had ever seen in a shop! Not enough stars are available for this business.

Since he lives in West Lafayette, but was out of town at the time, and I reside in Michigan City (and had the key to his car), I had to find a tow company that could accommodate the 2 hour drive I had to get to his house . This is all happening on a Saturday morning/early afternoon. Believing it was going to be stressful to find a tow company that could meet me at a certain time to tow the car to the dealership, Hoosier Tow came through and put me at ease. From the moment I made the call from my house to arriving at the house in West Lafayette, Hoosier Tow was helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Bryan, the tow driver, was very pleasant. He was thorough and kept me in the loop the entire time. Price was reasonable. Way to go Hoosier Tow! You got a great team! - Kim V-J

Unfortunately, they weren't able to locate the specific tire my car needed, but they made every effort to track one down and find a solution. Sometimes the answer is simply that the part isn't available, and that wasn't their fault.
