We had just left on a road-trip and noticed a tire that was definitely going flat. Quickly looked up tire repair in the area and chose a long time in business family repair place. I am so glad we came here. Lady was so nice on phone. We waited a very reasonable time. Soon a worker brought a floor jack, took tire inside. A piece of metal was the cause. The very friendly worker patched, refilled the tire. This business provides outstanding customer service. I felt so good about my experience that I will probably bring my truck here for tires. I hit a concrete embankment Friday, three days ago, and tried until early this afternoon to get my insurance to send a tow truck! (Today is May 1, 2023) I called Discount Towing and they were here within 10 minutes and towed my Jeep to Logan Tire. Logan Tire didn't even get my Jeep until around 2:30 or 3:00 this afternoon. I just went it picked it up with my new tire. (4:45 p.m.) Their service was fast and efficient, and everyone who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I am not from Logansport, I was just driving through to get to my grandparents in Goshen. My tire light came on and my car was driving crazy, I pulled over in my tire was like flat. I tried to put air in it and as I did so, it started making this miserable squealing sound. Honestly, I didn't even know what town I was in, I thought I was going to have to turn around and go back to West Lafayette, and pray I made it. But as I was leaving town I saw their business, so I stopped in to see if they could fit me in. They were very friendly! They squeezed me in, fixed my tire, then handed me my keys, and told me no charge...I am in a state of disbelief. I have never gotten that friendly of service, let alone them not charging me. They made my day. I will now go out of my way to go to them for any of my tire needs. They didn't even know how stressed out I was, or the fact that I didn't know where I was.
