As a Ball State alumni, became side track returning home (Chesterton) and ended up on RT124. No problem, as good discussion was taking place with the remaining 2-hours. This ended quickly with disabling the 2017 Q5 by hitting a very large deer deploying all air bags and locking up the vehicle! Thank you sir (white pickup truck) with helping my family, ensuring safety first..walking through the check list of contacts secondly and discarding the deer within the felid. This followed with pure gentleman from the county police to All American Towing! They also wrote up my receipt incorrectly and refused to fix it so I could submit it to my insurance. If this place went out of business tomorrow...it would not be fast enough.

I was on my way back to Indianapolis from Chicago when my friend's car broke down in the middle of no where on I-65. We were 20 miles from the nearest significant town (Lafayette) and over 75 miles from home. My friend's car had to be towed to the dealership in Carmel and we rode in the tow truck with Randy and Gene for a good hour and ten minutes. They were good company and kept our spirits high even at midnight on a Sunday night. I appreciated their conversations and noticed their skill in the business. Randy has been in towing for over 25 years so there was no messing around! We were hooked up and hauling out within 10 minutes of their arrival max! These guys had to drive over an hour to come get us and we were very appreciative. Thankfully the manufacturer of the vehicle covered the tow, but I am grateful that R&R was the company they went with! Would recommend!

They were awesome. We had our two young kids with us and they didn't blink an eye when they were hanging out in the garage while our truck was being fixed. Great people! Great service!
