Added bonus: Financing did NOT try to up-sale things like Maintenance Plans, Road Hazard Protection, etc. I've never felt more valued as a customer . . . and I work for the manufacturer of these vehicles.

I don't know much about vehicles but the sound it made to me sounds like it could be an exhaust issue. He said if you can be back Thursday or Friday morning we can have it done that day. So I dropped it off Thursday morning after work and they called me by 12:30 to say it was done. I thought it was going to be between $200 to $300 and it was under $100!! I am very blessed. As a Ball State alumni, became side track returning home (Chesterton) and ended up on RT124. No problem, as good discussion was taking place with the remaining 2-hours. This ended quickly with disabling the 2017 Q5 by hitting a very large deer deploying all air bags and locking up the vehicle! Thank you sir (white pickup truck) with helping my family, ensuring safety first..walking through the check list of contacts secondly and discarding the deer within the felid. This followed with pure gentleman from the county police to All American Towing!
