My boyfriend and I got a flat tire in I-65 at 9:45pm at night. We called Farney's and they were able to help replace our tire (even though it was after hours!!) super quickly and were so extremely kind to us. Amazing customer service. My wife, son, and I were stuck on the side of I-65S with a flat, and Statefarm roadside assistance was unable to help us AGAIN. Instead, we were told to call 911. The officer who came to drop us off at a safe location coincidentally saw a stranded big rig and had to stop to assist as well. Which was lucky for us as the tow company we had found canceled on us. The officer asked if he could help us locate a tow and sent us to Farneys to get the tire replaced. They were incredibly nice and professional! They were able to quickly patch the tire and they did not want to sell us a tire that we didn't need. Honest, hardworking, and decent folks. We appreciated them so much! A week or so back, during evening hours on a Wednesday, I ended up with a large hole in my front, passenger tire while cruising down I-65 on my way back to Chicago. Unfortunately, I lacked a spare and the hole was too large to be fixed with the "Fix-a-Flat" I had stashed in the back of my car. I called my insurance, and through my roadside assistance program, they were able to get ahold of Farney's Service Center for a tow. Within 30 minutes of being contacted, Farney's was there and carefully towed my car back to their shop. The driver was professional, polite and friendly. It was a good start to the experience. Well, the positive experience did not end there. I was afraid that I was going to have to spend the evening in IN and head back to Chicago the following day. No garages were open. Farney's wasn't even technically open according to the interwebs. I was already eyeing nearby hotels in anticipation. Most importantly, I was already dreading the 3 angry feline monsters that would accost me the next morning when I walked through the door. However, although Farney's was technically already closed, they were able to get me into a used tire (it wasn't perfect, slightly bigger than my other 3, but it would get me back!). They shifted around my tires, put the larger tire in the rear (Thank you), told me that it would at least get me home, I was saved a hotel expense, and my feline monsters were extremely happy to get dinner that evening. I really hope that I never have to deal with another hole in my tire, but if it has to happen again, I do hope that I either deal with these guys or another place like them. The owners were absolutely incredible. Words cannot express how well they treated us and how they helped us out. They towed are totaled car after a horrible accident. The state police we pieces of shit refused to help us. We had our 2 year old in the car, two hours from home. The tow truck drivers were son and father(family owned business ) and they took us to the local holiday inn. Made sure we were safe and stayed with us until we had what we needed. EXCELLENT customer service! Had a completely opposite experience from Jennifer R's and so I find her review hard to believe. My truck broke down late on Sunday, July 3rd. Tried calling several towing services in the vicinity, but none were available. Tried again on the 4th, knowing it was a holiday and I probably wouldn't be successful. Got a hold of one that wanted to charge me $280. They were within 3 miles from where the truck was stranded. I figured they were raking me because of the holiday and every other one would too. Last minute decision to try Farney's. They were 15 miles away (1/2 hour) and quoted $150. The guy was super friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars on here, I would. I shredded a light duty trailer tire on I-65 at 7:30pm Friday night with no spare on me. A lot of surrounding tow or tire places were closed, but Lou the owner of Farney's was very friendly and helpful. He came quickly and towed my trailer back to his shop. The next morning, Saturday, he tried to find a tire but mine was a very uncommon size. I had gone home two hours away and he located one in my town in IL. He said If I went and got it and came back down he'd put the new tire on so I could get my trailer home that day. At 3:30pm on Saturday I got that and he got me fixed and back on the road. His charges were very reasonable. A very nice guy. He went out of his way to get me going when he probably should have been home. Does this guy ever take time off? Thanks Lou! read more

IF YOU'RE HAVING A EMERGENCY CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! They treat the public very badly, they are very irresponsible and the woman at the front desk is short , white, dark hair lady was so rude and impolite to all costumers , the whole company does what is best for them and not for the client to get more unnecessary money out of you, they are racist. This people are so nasty and unprofessional, they yell to their costumers , make you wait 7 hours for invoice and charges you all that time , front desk lady very rude , yelled at my driver and told him that she did not care about anything that had happened to his truck and told him to pay and leave , very racist ,told us they would keep truck and trailer if the amount wasn't payed on time , horrible service , the worst thing my company ever did was to contact them for a towing service , they made my driver payed everything cash almost 12k , Boss a very rude person ,insulted my company dispatch , hanging calls , What a horrible experience, this people shouldn't be working with public , made my whole staff feel very bad ! read more

I'm a semi truck driver and I was stuck in some mud December 21st 2018. The man came out he was very prejudice and very disrespectful. As a female driver I'm already on alert and he was constantly opening up my door without permission. He offered to give up personal information such as my commercial driver's license information to the security guard on-site at the Advance Auto Parts Distribution Center in Remington Indiana. I politely told him to not open up my door and not offer any information of mine to anyone. He disregarded that and started to giving the security guard my personal information. Meanwhile, he's having a conversation with the female security guard on site about how he had to call the police on some black people that he was helping earlier that night. In my opinion this company is very disrespectful and if you're African-American driver do not ask them for help. read more

We had an unexpected flat tire on a Sunday driving to North Carolina though Indiana. Lou from Farney's could not have been nicer or more helpful.
