As the daughter-in-law involved in this transaction, I can honestly say hiring Lee was one of the…read morebest decisions our family made. I was actually the one who found Lee after searching through countless attorneys on Google and Yelp. I spent a lot of time reviewing profiles, reading feedback, and carefully comparing options because we knew this was not going to be a straightforward sale. We wanted to make absolutely sure everything was secure and that our family's interests were fully protected -- especially since this was a private sale and we were heavily involved in helping manage the entire transaction. This was not a simple situation. My husband and I were renting the home, the landlord decided to sell, and my parents-in-law -- who live in Southern California -- stepped in to purchase it so we could remain in the property. The home includes a detached ADU on a single parcel, which added additional complexity. The seller was difficult and often unpredictable -- the type who believed he knew more than everyone else and frequently changed positions. Lee navigated that dynamic with steady professionalism and quiet confidence. He protected our interests without escalating matters unnecessarily and stayed focused on ensuring everything was handled correctly. My father-in-law is extremely meticulous and reviews every document line by line -- sometimes multiple times over (a bit too much at times). Lee was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Even when we went over documents ten times, he remained calm, thorough, and respectful. That level of patience meant a great deal to me personally. He carefully reviewed the PSA, disclosures, and escrow documents and was in full communication with the escrow company throughout the transaction to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. Knowing he was overseeing and coordinating every detail behind the scenes gave us tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most was how personal it felt. He wasn't just processing paperwork -- he genuinely cared about protecting our family. It truly felt like he was looking out for us the way a trusted advisor would. If you are looking for an attorney who genuinely has your best interests at heart, do not hesitate to call Lee. We will absolutely go to him again without hesitation for any future real estate needs. Thank you Lee for everything!

He helped us through the entire 6+ month process (probably signing up for more than he expected!) and we were lucky to have his years of experience and knowledge on our side. He added clauses to our contract we would have never thought about, he helped during negotiations, signing, and closing. We felt he had our back. He was also extremely responsive and available. Thanks Lee!

I found Bryn Peterson on Yelp about 2.5 years ago when my partner and I were dealing with some…read morestressful business legal issues, and I still remember our very first consultation call clearly. We were overwhelmed, anxious, dealing with a complete liar and juggling a lot at the time. Bryn took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and immediately made us feel supported and understood. When we met in person, he was nothing but professional, kind, and--somehow--even managed to make us laugh during a very difficult situation. Throughout our time working with him, Bryn's emails were always detailed, clear, and extremely effective. He consistently shut down nonsense and misinformation from the other side with precision and confidence. Comparing the professionalism and substance of Bryn's work to what the opposing counsel produced made it crystal clear that we made the right decision trusting him with our legal needs! Bryn isn't just an excellent attorney--he's a genuinely good person. He's a family man, a great dad, and it shows in how deeply he cares about his clients. He treats you like a human being, not just a case. When our situation unfortunately escalated into a lawsuit, Bryn recommended an outstanding litigation firm, which ultimately helped us win. That recommendation alone speaks volumes about his integrity and experience. I cannot recommend Bryn highly enough for business legal matters. He is smart, ethical, responsive, and absolutely worth the time and money. His paralegal, Kelly, is also wonderful to work with--professional, helpful, and kind. Bryn truly has a great thing going, and I will always be incredibly grateful we found him.

Whole bunch of rhetorical questions and "what do you think"s!! Ended up saying "my time is money" during the "free consultation" call - what a ridiculous statement to make to a prospective client! I'd suggest not offering free consultations with that attitude!
