They almost always responded to my questions immediately, which is incredibly rare and gave me great confidence throughout the entire process. I also appreciated their honesty and integrity. They gave me a realistic assessment of the merits of my case instead of simply telling me what I wanted to hear or taking the case just for profit. Their advice was thoughtful, transparent, and always in my best interest. Despite taking on my case at very short notice, they handled everything professionally and did an excellent job. The entire team worked seamlessly together and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier. A special thank you to Ian, Tommy, Cynthia, and Mark. From the legal assistants to the paralegal and attorneys, everyone was knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping. Their teamwork and dedication exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a law firm that is responsive, honest, and truly cares about its clients, I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

I went a different route and paid a forensic handwriting specialist to verify that the evidence that was used against me was indeed written by the petitioner and not the person she had claimed, and it cost a whole heck of a lot less money. Also, when speaking with another attorney, who I was able to get a free full hour consultation from, the Snohomish county sheriff and the Snohomish Superior court clerks, they all confirmed that falsified evidence is indeed a substantial change in circumstance to modify or squash an order...

Title: Seth Rosenberg Is Not On Your Side -- He Works the System, Not for You…read more Seth Rosenberg controls his office, controls other attorneys, and manipulates clients into trusting him while quietly protecting himself and the system he claims to fight. He talks tough about challenging the government, but when it's time to act -- like filing a Motion to Vacate -- he backs down. He delays, redirects, and stalls. Everything is performance. When pressure mounts, he doesn't confront the system -- he hides behind it. In my case, after three years of paid representation, he suddenly demanded another $8,000 and a brand-new contract -- at the most critical point in my case. That requirement had never been mentioned before. I paid the money. Then he stalled. Again. The new contract wasn't about clarity -- it was about setting up a technical excuse to withdraw without accountability. Worse, another attorney in his firm (David) had originally been helpful -- until Seth intervened. After that, David stopped communicating entirely. That is not legal service. That is internal sabotage and client abandonment. Seth Rosenberg is not standing up to the government. He's performing for it -- while billing you on the way out. If you are in a serious case, under real pressure, or fighting injustice: This is not your lawyer. He will not stand with you. He will stand aside -- and let you fall. I'm filing a formal complaint and demanding a refund. I will speak the truth, because lawyers like this depend on silence.

I paid a $10,000 retainer to begin working with the firm. During the first couple of weeks, they repeatedly misspelled my name and there seemed to be confusion internally about who was responsible for different parts of my case. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic things moving. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. Different members of the team appeared to have different understandings of what was happening in my case, and I often felt like I had to repeat information several times. I kept extremely organized documentation and provided everything they asked for, but progress still felt slow and disorganized. Another issue was how communication was handled from a billing standpoint. Many emails came back filled with legal jargon that was difficult to understand, which meant I had to reply asking for clarification. Each of those back-and-forth responses was billed time. When we eventually went to court, I was disappointed with how the hearing went and how unprepared my attorney appeared. Afterward I was told the outcome wasn't what they expected. That particular process alone cost around $6,000. By the time everything was finished, about $20,000 had been billed and my situation was actually worse than when I started. My advice to anyone considering this firm would be to ask very detailed questions about communication, preparation, and expected costs before signing a retainer.

Over the past 2-3 years they have kept asking questions and delaying the process of finishing this process. I have spent around $400 on emails alone (yes, they charge about $25 per email exchange). They do not respond in any other way except email, and each of those adds up. I regret everything about using this law firm. We are out $11K and have nothing to speak from it. I would sue them but they are a law firm, so I wouldn't expect to win. USE ANY OTHER LAW FIRM is my only advice. To give even more details, they admittedly forgot they were our client about a year after we started. One day my wife and I were like "What happened to our Will and Trust update?". So we contacted Brothers and they legitimately had no idea what we were referencing. I think they charged us another $$ to re-review all of our documents. What I have right now is about a dozen amendments for revisions to our original Will and Trust. Not even an actual Will and Trust, just a "plan" to revise it. If I were to finish it would cost me thousands. But, I have no idea because i cannot get a meeting with them because they are non responsive and when I try to communicate there goes another $25 to Tracy Billington for reading and responding to my email.
