We got a 2026 model Hotspring Jetsetter LX. Best hot tub I have ever been in, super quiet, powerful jets. We use it a few times a week. I was a bit concerned about the power needs of keeping it hot but the insulation is amazing and the heater only comes on for a few minutes every 4 or 5 hours (see the graph from my Tesla power management app). The top is very light but keeps in heat and also the water. Only had to add a bit of water after 3 months! Recommend this equipment and this vendor. I can't comment yet on their warranty service as the product has been flawless.

Although COVID impacted this project in the beginning, the series of construction activities thereafter were less than ideal (weeks of delays, subs not showing up, etc). Their recommended concrete contractor used styrofoam where mastic would go which we thought was temporary. Concrete sub says they don't do that and Royal states it wasn't in the contract. Imagine that!!! A pool surround with no mastic!!! Although, Royal said they would recommend a vendor to do the mastic for additional costs because the nearly $200,000 wasn't enough. Note that they also grow the plants in their own nursery so it's not a matter of checking San Marcos growers or Monrovia to see if they can special order for you. Great for bulk delivery of soil, mulch, etc., and all the soil and compost I've gotten from them (probably 20+ cubic yards now) has been nice and clean, no weed seeds. Service can be a little hit or miss - most times it's great, but a couple of times I've had a guy at the desk who gave such minimal answers to my stock questions that I ended up coming back another time to ask someone else.
