Condescending attitudes, short and snappy responses, zero patience, and zero willingness to actually help solve problems. It's like they're annoyed that you're even calling or showing up in person. we decided to give them one more chance, thinking maybe things had improved. Big mistake. Same rude treatment, same incompetence, same total disregard for the ocustomer. Never again. Avoid Ferguson if you value basic courtesy and competent service. There are plenty of other suppliers who will treat you like a paying customer instead of an inconvenience. 1 star only because I have to pick something.

BUYERS BEWARE - DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS We used Sand…read moreCity Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry based on our contractors recommendation. We placed a very $$$$ order for custom maple wood Dewils cabinets and unfortunately, paid 70% down on 10/3/12 after being told this is the standard and will allow for the distributor to negotiate a better rate with the manufacturer. We were also given a definitive 6 week turn-around-time. 6 weeks came and went and we were given a handful of excuses from weather delays preventing delivery, delivery truck axel breaking down, and finally that Art Brost had submitted the cabinet colors incorrectly on week 8. The final straw was when Art Brost confessed on 12/5/12 that he had spent half of our down payment to pay bills AND that the order had never been placed with Dewils. (A contractor friend told me that this was a common practice... for smaller businesses to take down-payments and use the $ to leverage or float other projects.) Additionally, Art had the audacity to ask me for the remaining 30% so that production of the cabinets could commence. We have since filed a dispute with the credit card company, contacted the manufacturer and consulted an attorney who has advised us that what they did was simple THEFT especially since the initial order was never placed. Upon further investigation, we found that we were not the first victims... there are at least 3 other customers this has happened to...Art and Jorge are basically running a ponzi scheme. I don't care if Art Brost claims 44 years in the industry, his legacy will end with him as a liar and cheat.

He never pushed anything and would answer all my questions thoroughly. He would provide different options and allow me to make the decisions as to what I wanted. I have dropped by to ask other questions that would come up and he always stopped and took the time to answer and explain. He was punctual with all meetings, provided the proposal in a timely manner. Very happy with the support and help in organizing this project. Cabinets will be arriving shortly. I will write again on the delivery and the quality of the cabinets then. For now, a very happy customer and would definitely recommend this company for cabinets. Oh, and the quote was better than the previous vendor with more features! Better than Home Depot even! We ordered our kitchen cabinets from Cypress after working with Fred. When they arrived, we…read morerealized the interiors were white melamine rather than the natural maple color we ordered. After trying to gaslight me by saying that white interiors are standard for white cabinets and "that is what I had liked", I pointed out that the signed contract clearly stated that the interiors were supposed to be maple. Cypress finally did admit they made an error and reordered the cabinets, but it took another 3 months or more for them to arrive, which totally screwed up our home remodel timeline. Once the new cabinets arrived, we discovered 2 of them were damaged and had to be remade a second time, again delaying our project. Really the worst part of this terrible experience was that although Cypress did pay for the dismantling of the wrong cabinets and the reinstall of the correct ones by our builder, they denied that their error caused us any delay or inconvenience and refused to even consider our very reasonable request for a 15% discount on the cabinets. They also repeatedly did not return my or my builder's calls during this whole debacle. I would NEVER recommend using them.
