Really a fantastic job! I had 30 glass window panes (just the glass, not the wood frames) that…read moreneeded replaced due to old age and fogging. The glass was all double paned and unusual shapes, needed to be custom fabricated. Really wanted to get a company that would pay attention to the detail and get this done right since it's a nice house. They came out and measured all the panes, custom made replacements, and came back and swapped them out. All told this was a big job requiring a significant amount of labor. Turned out great! See my picture. Heads up I will mention the job start to finish took about 4.5 weeks vs the 2.5 weeks initially estimated, largely due to ordering of the custom glass. The price quoted was fair, and they came in 100% on budget. Happy to recommend and use them again. Also happy to use a local business.

We ordered our kitchen cabinets from Cypress after working with Fred. When they arrived, we…read morerealized the interiors were white melamine rather than the natural maple color we ordered. After trying to gaslight me by saying that white interiors are standard for white cabinets and "that is what I had liked", I pointed out that the signed contract clearly stated that the interiors were supposed to be maple. Cypress finally did admit they made an error and reordered the cabinets, but it took another 3 months or more for them to arrive, which totally screwed up our home remodel timeline. Once the new cabinets arrived, we discovered 2 of them were damaged and had to be remade a second time, again delaying our project. Really the worst part of this terrible experience was that although Cypress did pay for the dismantling of the wrong cabinets and the reinstall of the correct ones by our builder, they denied that their error caused us any delay or inconvenience and refused to even consider our very reasonable request for a 15% discount on the cabinets. They also repeatedly did not return my or my builder's calls during this whole debacle. I would NEVER recommend using them.
