They came out and measured all the panes, custom made replacements, and came back and swapped them out. All told this was a big job requiring a significant amount of labor. Turned out great! See my picture. Heads up I will mention the job start to finish took about 4.5 weeks vs the 2.5 weeks initially estimated, largely due to ordering of the custom glass. The price quoted was fair, and they came in 100% on budget. Happy to recommend and use them again. Also happy to use a local business.

The windows are excellent quality but we had a couple issues with leaks in two new sliders, which even though likely the cause was related to the contractor's installation, Taylor went out of his way to fix the issues and now no leak. As for the front Dutch door, we ended up having four doors installed, as the first three were either flawed or mis-cut. Taylor could have easily cut bait after the first door but he saw it through to the end and we got the perfect door. I am sure he lost money on the door, but they did it anyway. Much appreciated. By the way, Robbie, the installer was courteous, prompt and professional. Ultimately, although the whole experience was stressful and could have gone much smoother, Taylor was a standup guy and I would use the company again.

We approved and they ordered windows. They kept us informed of the status of the windows and were ready to go when we were able to get a permit. Installation was VERY quick. The workers were great, very helpful and nice. The final trim is beautiful, there was great attention to detail. The windows and sliding doors are wonderful, a huge step up from the original. Once installed, the inspections went perfectly. The installers knew exactly what needed to be done for each inspection step. At final inspection the building inspector complimented the windows and the workmanship. Would hire again.
